Came along the Everest Inn Hythe when visiting Hythe. We were greeted so warmly by all the staff and were constantly looked after even in a busy night like Thursday. The food was amazing, I would recommend one of the specials of the month, I look forward to trying them all.Dear customer,Thank you for your feedback. We went here with friends on their recommendation as they had been before. The restaurant itself is very nice and spacious it makes a nice change not to be crammed in with too many tables. The serving staff were very friendly and polite and could not do enough for us. The food however was disappointing I chose dishes from the menu which were marked as very hot and spicy but they turned out to be somewhat bland with little flavour. Also the portions were small with one of the smallest nan breads I have ever seen. If you are a lover of hot spicy food this is not the place to goDear customer,Thank you for your review. We were looking forward to eating here, having read the reviews I had high expectations but unfortunately these weren't met. The service was erratic and strange at best, the other customers also seemed to find it amusing judging by their faces. The young lad Adam did his best, however the owner was constantly chastising him within earshot of customers, this should be done privately. The meal itself was a bit hit and miss, the poppadoms were a bit stale with a strange taste, the salad served as a garnish was terrible, very limp lettuce and a couple of tomatoes it would have been better not to provide it. The mains were hot and the portions were a fair size and fairly tasty but I would have liked my Bhuna to be more spicy, it was a bit bland. The beer was pricey and the Cobra was a little flat, the bottled version was much nicer. We were offered complimentary liqueurs which was a nice touch. My husband thought that for what we were served and the standard of it the cost was expensive in comparison to other similar establishments we have been to. The owner needs to invest in a couple of experienced waiters, but great entertainment value!

Food was excellent. Friendly Owner provided great service and explained the menu to us. For starters, we had Samosa Chaat and Maru Crispi Bhajia. Our mains were Chettinad Chicken and Tandoori Chicken Tikka Makhani. When ordering the mains, the Owner asked how spicy we wanted the Makhani. When served, it was spiced sufficiently enough for us which added to itâs enjoyment.Food is authentic and Owner informed us that there was no added sugar to the dishes which was good to know as I have recently been diagnosed as diabetic.Will definitely be returning soon.

Coppers hosted our end of season dinner, for Saltwood CC. The food, ambience and service were all fanatic. Certainly wouldnât hesitate to recommend and have planned to take my partner there next weekend!!Well done and look forward to seeing you soon.

I took my team here for a work lunch and my god the food was delicious. Really good Indian street food - good choice of food and a good amount too :) Service was very attentive and approachable. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely will be going back with family!

The food here is fantastic!The whole design of the restuarant is very quirky, colourful and interesting and the customer service was great too. This was our second visit and both times between courses there were some free samples to try, which was a nice touch and made us feel special. There is a range to choose from and at least two vegetarian options. We would highly recommend this restuarant and will be returning again!

My son was home on leave and had brought his gf with him so we wanted to treat them to a nice meal. Had been meaning to try Kathmandu House for a while and managed to get a table at short notice. The service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We ordered 6 different meals with sides and every one of them was delicious! The thali looked great, Im getting that on my next visit! Portions were large, hot and full of flavour. We had a lovely evening, and the staff did well to cope with a 'slightly' inebriated infantryman on leave! Will be back soon for more!
