We opened Friday January 14, 2011. We are a Italian Restaurant serving fine Italian food, our staff is trained to serve ladies and gentleman at L'incontro. Guest love our food and our attentive service and the one thing they always say as they are leaving

Whoa. What has happened to the L'incontro we used to know and love? Did the owners sell out? Is it under new management? We have been dining here since it opened, but last night we didn't recognize a soul. Our favorite dishes were merely mediocre and the service was very slow and pathetically attitudinal. I can forgive slow service if it's rendered with a smile and decent attitude, but when it's coupled with marginal food and a belligerent attitude, I'm done. We travel 70 miles to eat here, but will probably just dine at our local Olive Garden from now on. Yes, it was that bad. Along with friends, we recently had a great meal at Giorgio's. This was our first visit. We were very satisfied with the menu, service, and atmosphere. Portion sizes were generous. The menu offered a great variety. Meals were artistically presented with edible flowers. Wine options were very good and very reasonably priced. At one point I left the table. Upon returning, the waiter had neatly folded my napkin and placed it next to my plate. This is exceptional service that you don't often find these days!! Honestly the food is delicious, but...... staff needs some training. So sorry if we are bothering you to come in and place an order. If you can get past the unfriendly staff, the food is really good. Think soup nazi on Seinfeld.Also, check your bill, the prices on the menu are not what "rings up" on their computer. They don't seem to care.
