The best part of this dining experience was the server, I think her name was Brittany. She took really good care of us and checked on us frequently to make sure we were okay. The food was average for a bbq place, food came out of the kitchen fast. The bill was $45 for 4 people who had sandwiches and a salad. Wish we had tried the â family feastâ which feeds four and includes the drinks, will try it next time.

Just down the road from all the chain restaurants, Kens is an awesome break from the cookie cutter. I got the pork and ribs combo and was very pleased. Generous portions were served fresh and the fries were done well. The ribs have a dry rub that pairs well with the mild bbq sauce. The staff was friendly and service was prompt.

I ran by Ken's BBQ for lunch when I was in Lake City of business. The food was good. I had a BBQ beef sandwich on garlic toast with fries and a sweet tea. The bbq sauces were outstanding. The speed of the service was crazy! I was in the restaurant for 25 min yet I did not feel rushed. This is a great place to stop and is only a few miles off I-75!

I had lunch here and enjoyed every aspect of my meal. I had the rib plate with baked beans and fries and it was great. The food came out really quick and was hot and fresh. Service was great as well. Would definitely eat here again.
