Since moving to S. Lakeland (Mulberry) we've eaten at this particular Zaxby's probably no more than 3 times, including last night....Not quite sure why so few times, but we've been pleased every time we visit the store with not only the food, but the cheery Faces and greetings we get at the Counter. 'Last night (June 4th) was no exception. My wife got home late, per usual now and I decided it was simply "not right" for her to attempt to put together a meal sooooooo I said, "Let's go, where ya wanna go?" 'And she said let's go to Zaxby's it's close...support Our local businesses here. We had two of the most "cheerie" Cashiers we've ever had...more so this night than previous nights. We both ordered our favorite Zaxby's Cobb Zalad and drinks. Per usual they (salads) were not only Great, but big... My wife took at least 1/3 if not more of her Zalad home as it was too much for her to eat. The staff's ATTITUDE on this particular evening was nothing short of Superb and we appreciated that very much and told them so as we were leaving... We'll be back!!!!

Don't really like writing reviews for fast food joints....but here I am. It's clean. The service is hit or miss. When schools let out it can get jammed. With a school near by it makes sense. Around 2pm it seems to be packed.

Came here today to grab a fast flat bread sandwich for my wife and find that the Subway locations are handy for quick service. There are a good many items that you can choose to garnish any sandwich but I find that the main ingredients such as chicken or other meats are doled out in skimpy pre measured amounts certainly not like what is shown in all of their advertisements. It seems that all fast food places advertise large tempting sandwiches but deliver shrunken versions of the pictures. This location shares a building space with a convenience store / gas station.
