We had heard and read nothing but good about Bangkok Thai, and one day, we decided to drive the 80+ miles to see for ourselves.The location is in a strip mall, affording plenty of close parking.Inside, the decor is simple, and not overly decorated.They were reasonably busy during our visit, but the food still came out quick, hot, fresh, delicious and as authentic Thai as any we've ever eaten in.My Tom Yum soup rivaled any I've ever had, including San Francisco.It's too bad we live so far away, but this was a "must return" experience, and we'll do so despite the distance.

Barely average, sorry to say. Friends had said it was good, But I do not think so. Calamari appetizer tased only of breading--it was crisp, but so what? My sashimi was crude. the raw fish was lacking in taste, badly cut. The cooked eel was over sauced. I tasted a friends flank steak--it was cooked properly but had meat tenderizer. My wife said her roll was pretty good.A friend had shrimp tempura that he liked. It did not look to me like tempura. Heavily breaded.Hate to give a local place a bad review.Iâve passed this review on to my team and assure that next time will be a better experience!! Hope you come back!

Weâre local and come here a lot. Family owned and operated. They go home to Thailand for a month once a year so check ahead. All the dishes are good- I keep coming back to pad Thai, chicken in Thai curry, ginger chicken extra ginger, happy family. Thai medium is right for our spice level / still has some heat but not killer. Often too busy to handle take out - you get a phone message to that effect. Parking in strip mall is never a problem.
