Monday is the $5 Burger Special. However, the $5 burger is only a ploy for the customer to believe they are getting a deal. Anything added to the burger, increases the price, but the customer is not made aware as they are ordering, (everything besides a bun and naked burger, is extra). Additionally, the waitress asked what sides we wanted, as if that would be included, but she did not mention, we were ordering a la carte. Our bill: $5 Burger $12.00 (veggie burger) Sauerkraut $ 1.00 = $13.00$5 Burger $ 9.50$5 Burger $ 7.00While our waitress was friendly, and talked to us through the meal, she should have mentioned everything she was prompting us to order, was going to be extra.Management shoud know when you advertise something for a certain price, and it is not that price, it is dishonest advertising. I will not return to the restaurant, and declined the manager Ben's invitation, to return on another Monday, to have lunch on him.Hi again, Peggy: We were gratified that you chose to visit us for our popular $5 Burger Monday promotion and that Janie shared her wonderful service with you. Our Manager did relay the details of your visit. As you may know, we have been offering the same amazing $5 Burger for years, promoting the deal via our website and the graphic located on your table so we are sorry you may have nonetheless had some confusion on your visit. As you may recall, our graphic promotion states the following: "1/2 lb. ground Midwestern grain-fed USDA choice Angus Chuck. Served on a toasted Onion Roll with Housemade daily side. All of the burgers you ordered had extras, and one was even ordered as a Beyond Burger. All of your orders were correctly charged. As our owners founded their business since 1992, we strive as a company to make your experience exceptional and are in the hospitality business because we truly enjoy sharing an uplifting experience with every guest. We understand that you told our Manager that your service was fantastic and we thank you! I can assure you that your excellent service was not, as you suggested to our Manager "all an act to distract [you] from noticing the charges on the bill." Our Manager offered you a return visit where we could take care of your meals, but you declined. Contrary to your statement that our team "are liars" we are real folks; we respect each guest and feel fortunate to have the opportunity to serve our guests and offer a community gathering place where our guests may enjoy timeless ritual of sharing a meal.

We enjoyed our dinners at this resturant. The servers were not as responsive as we felt they should have been on keeping our drinks filled and replacing the one item incorrectly served. We have not dined inside, only outside a couple of times. Would recommend this establishment to anyone on a COOL spring or fall evening. Nice atmosphere.

We've eaten at this restaurant a number of times and it's a reliable evening. The menu is varied and they have good burgers, fajitas, fries and a multitude of other entrees to suit most tastes. The place is wall papered with TVs, so there's lots to watch if you want. Our servers have always been nice and attentive. Prices/quantities are just fine and so we keep coming back for our casual guys' evenings. One thing- the front faces west and the evening sun hits the place like a laser beam. They've deep tinted the windows, but if you're heat sensitive, you may want to sit farther back in the place. Plenty of free shopping center parking and convenient to I-75.

Easy to find with lots of parking. For a nice change 3 keys has comfortable bar stools! My favorite beers were their Brown ales, with 3 on tap. Once I learned that they use their spent-grain from the brewing process to make their pizza dough I had to try one. (Why don't more places do this????). I got the pepperoni which was heavenly delicious. It was the special that day for only 5 bucks! Finally, for another good change they have full-size bathrooms so you don't stand in line like other breweries!

Ate here with friends recently. Typical busy sports bar. Lots of TVs. Host was polite, but busy. Wait staff were super friendly and appropriately attentive. We sat at a high-top, not my favorite, but what was available on a busy weekend evening. Convenient shopping center location with lots of free parking, just off SR 64, a major Bradenton E-W route.There's a pretty broad selection of menu choices. We didn't order drinks, just sweet tea and cola and refills were offered promptly. One of our dinners and the onion rings were slow in coming out of the kitchen on this busy evening. I had the signature meatloaf wrapped in bacon dinner with mash potatoes and grilled vegetables. I must say, it was edible, but just average at best. Not enough gravy. The onion rings we ordered were terrible and mainly tasted of cooking oil. It's a rare occasion when I leave an onion ring uneaten, but this was one. One friend only finished half of his fish dinner, though seemed to enjoy what he ate. My ither friend also got the meatloaf and was less critical than me about the limp bacon wrapping. Prices weren't unreasonable and the quantity of food was fair. I've eaten in two other of their restaurants in the greater Sarasota area with a slightly better recollection of my meals.In summary, just so-so on this first time visit to the SR64 Gecko's. I'm not looking forward to going back.

Nice local bar, part of a larger chain. Good location, right near the Ellenton Outlet mall. Restaurants nearby. Great place to watch all of your favorite football teams play, they have many T.V.'s with different games live. Decent happy hour prices as well. Great music, plus two pool tables.

We have come here on many occasions and thought i'd finally review it. Superb! The food is right on ....always hot and seasoned perfectly. The salads are large and delicious..... they changed their french fries from CRINKLE CUT to some other type and that was a bummer i must say. The owner really cares about all aspects of his business....it shows! This place is a FIVE STAR winner!

We had a typical sports bar lunch, buffalo chicken sandwich and their gourmet grilled cheese. I will say the curly fries are great. They were hot and crispy and perfectly done. Our sandwiches were fine and filling. Wait staff is very friendly. Only complaint is that this establishment has been at this location for some years, and they need some refurbishing. It is very dark and uninviting inside with warn furniture. This place needs a major facelift.

My husband and I went here for lunch because weâve seen it many times coming over the bridge and one day decided to drive over and see what it was all about. The place has indoor seating but mostly outdoor seating with a bar and area for live band. Thee is also boat parking if youâd like to pull up from the water. They also offer free valet to park your car. All the food looked so good but we went with the grouper sandwich to share and it was delicious! It was the perfect lunch spot for a bud and some grub. We will be back to eat again soon.
