The town is a beach-front community situated on a barrier island west of Seminole. The population was 1,420 at the 2010 census. The town has recently undergone multiple construction and renovation projects, including utility undergrounding, road re-surfacing, and the placement of pedestrian safety measures. The town staff recently moved into a new municipal center which replaces the decades-old, antiquated facility. The new building houses all Town Departments, and a Council Chambers for official meetings. The fourth floor of the building has a large banquet hall, with waterfront balcony views on both sides.

Been to this place twice and both were a disaster. Worst service since there is virtually no service. Staff ignore you for at least 10 minutes as they walk by doing nothing. When we did get served, they couldnât care less about you as a customer. Never have seen anything like it. First time we left with no service. Second time, one drink after waiting 10 minutes then was harassed by an extremely drunk and falling over man at the bar. Donât even give them a chance.

Just arrived in the area and saw this little pub. Hugh menu with British flair and inexpensive cocktails. TV's for viewing sports around the room and ping pong in another room. Outside standing area--just a nice place. Friendly staff.

There's a lot to like about this place - been going there for breakfast and dinner for years now. Don't think they've ever change the menu - but why should they? Very good variety of American steak and seafood choices. Under JD's Classics you can get a complete 5 oz sirloin dinner for $9.95 and you won't be hungry afterwards. Happy Hour is from 8am-6pm so get there by 5:30pm if you want to save a few bucks. Breakfast is excellent - my wife and share an omelet and it's the perfect way to go.

I donât understand how this place is still open.Itâs filthy and some of the smells are nauseating. Itâs kind of inside/outside at the same time. If you like dive bars itâs worth seeing. I walked around but was afraid to touch anything, let alone sit on the couch. I think something may have died under it. Bring hand sanitizer, youâll be glad you did. I donât understand how it passed a sanitation inspection.

Wahoo: A cry of accomplishment, nickname of the Virginia Cavaliers, a fish or a dandy beach bar and grill? All are correct but my choice would be Wahoo's Waterside Pub & Patio on Gulf Boulevard, Redington Shores.Wahoo's is a quaint, non-pretentious beachy spot serving really good grub, cold beer and wine topped off with friendly staff and patrons. This is a welcome relief from the ubiquitous tourist traps lining the beach. Wahoo's is perfect for locals and visitors in-the-know.There is a paper menu but your best bets are to be found on the daily changing chalk boards. If you are lucky you might snag a parking spot on Gulf Boulevard. We've only been lucky once. Usually we park in the free lot across the boulevard. Also, there are tables outside overlooking the Intracoastal.Did I mention this place ain't fancy? But, what the heck ... WAHOO!

You know something is good when the place is packed. This was not a disappointment!! Very good food with a friendly waitress. There was a short wait to be seated but if it had been longer we could have drinks at the bar. Went there to watch the basketball game which was on and it was very nice! Would go there again!!

We got checked into our condo and were starving! We found this place on Trip Advisor and it didnât disappoint. Our food was freshly prepared and everybody enjoyed it. We will be recommending it to friends who will be here in a few weeks!

Love the new ownership , new menu, but sadly they removed the cheese spinach dip from the appetizers.Like that their is a live band nightly.Love their fish fry, but, BIG BUT, why serve it in a basket with a paper under the fish, you cut a piece of fish and you also get the paper with it. Please stop this , its a pain in the butt to be picking paper off your fork.Thank you so much for the excellent feedback! We can definitely make sure the fish comes on a plate for you next time you're in, just let your server know ahead of time. We appreciate you!
