We went along to Juniper on the Water expecting a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant. There was plenty of seafood on the menu, but I didn't really see too much of a Mediterranean flavor to them. The food was okay, but not outstanding - the view was pretty nice, and we did get a table outside. The service wasn't great either, and this was on a Wednesday evening, it wasn't busy. Awesome fresh dishes and creative cocktails. Best service on the beach. Our Server Ray was phenomenal! I was not staying at the hotel but was 1/2 mile north at Diplomat. Had eaten at the restaurants there for 2 nights that were under names of "Top Known chefs" and was very disappointed in the quality for the price so with very limited options in walking distance decided to walk to this place in the Doubletree Hotel. Do not let the small or non existent crowd frighten you. Unique cocktails were tasty, wait staff was very familiar with the menu and helpful with recommendations(unlike the waiter at GZ restaurant at Diplomat) Skirt steak with chimchuri tender as can be, ribeye steak sandwich the same. Orchard salad with add on salmon came with entire portion of salmon as did the pasta dish that we requested catch of the day(mahi) that is usually not an add on but they accommodated anyway. Wish we had room for desert but could not do it. If you stay at Diplomat or anywhere in the vicinity you need to check this place out. Well worth the .4 mile walk and so much better than GZ's place.Thank you so much for your outstanding review of Port South Bar & Grill. Visiting with a client in Hallandale - we decided to meet at Flashback Diner on Federal Highway. Just north of the Dade/Broward line, they're located on the west side of the street. I'd eaten already so it was just a bowl of Matzo Ball soup and cookies - to go - for me. Water as my beverage. Service was friendly and polite. Our server was training new staff - they visited the table several times inquiring where everything was okay. Other servers stopped as well. Whenever I am in Aventura, I know that Mo's is always dependable for lunch, brunch, or snack. Their bakery has a wide range of Jewish style noshes. Sandwiches and soups are the standouts on the menu.

We visited Diplomat Prime, the steakhouse in the Diplomat. Steaks were very good, well prepared and tasty. Would rank this restaurant with the better steak houses in the area. Restaurant can get busy due to conventions in hotel but service was quite attentive and timely. Would recommend.

Used online wait list. Restaurant is right in front of the horse track so we got to see the horses walk by before the race. Restaurant was large with indoor & outdoor seating. Had the garlic noodles & cheese pizza, both delicious. Would definitely go back.

The baby back ribs are a mainstay of this restaurant chain, it's signature entrée you could say. I ordered the ribs, my included side being white rice and black beans with onion pieces. This meal came with complementary cole slaw, which I assume comes with all meals. It's optional, but don't pass it up; it's quite good. The ribs were simply delicious. The meat easily came off the bones, readily yielding to the fork and knife such that I never had to manually handle the ribs. Excellent service. Reasonable price.

We are always happy to see the Grand Lux while we are travelling. As always, the food was excellent. Sadly, compared to everywhere else we ate in Miami the service was lacking. Everywhere else we ate our water glasses were never empty, our coffee mugs were always full and so forth. Sadly compared to other restaurants in the Miami area, the service at the Grand Lux is a step down.Thank you for your feedback! We really appreciate it. I had to give my brunch experience only 2 stars because of the hostess named Paula. She was downright rude to us, thankfully the manager had enough experience to rectify the situation that she had created. She clearly should not be in this position / or in the service industry at all as she obviously doesnât like working with people. An example âWhat You Want Me To Do - Deal with itâ! This sort of behavior is simply not acceptable at Turnberry, Corsair personnel should be trained accordingly. The table next to us also had a Huge problem with her mouth and her attitude in general. They said she was throwing napkins and kicking chairs into place, really!!? Very Sad that Corsair would allow such poorly trained staff member or just a âloose cannonâ to work at Fathers Day brunch and mar their name. Corsair has a and reputation to uphold and should definitely hire / train better quality personnel to work there.

Tony Roma's has been around quite a while. It's more of a family restaurant, casual atmosphere with no reservations necessary. If you like ribs they are very tasty. Good place to meet with friends for drinks and dinner. Centrally located if one is staying in one of the many hotels in Sunny Isles. Noticed a lot of locals there and a lot of children as well. Portions too large for my taste.
