Basic hotel
Reviewed By raulhorten1We spend one night at this place and was not what we expected. The only enjoyable thing was the swimming pool. Very hard bed, the pillows were very small and all clumpy. The room was small no closet, no courtesy water bottles. Breakfast was chips with some sauces and scramble eggs, some fruit. We stayed at different hotels less expensive and better. Price was too high.

Not a city expeess plus is a city express minus. Awful service in resturant.
Reviewed By d0ublevThe room wasn’t bad and they did have nice security watching our stuff at night but here’s what is lacking. The service and the restaurant is horrible. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to get lunch before we left I got up 3 Times to let the waitress know that we wanted to order some food I got up and got our own drinks but then after waiting for so long we decided we would go next-door to eat and asked for a late check out. We were told no. I then explained the service we just received at the restaurant and the reason why but we were still told no. They have a coffee maker in the room but no coffee cups. No glasses in the bathroom to brush your teeth. And there is a God awful sewer smell.

Reviewed By Rafael LThe place has potential but it left a lot to be desired. The property and rooms are essentially unfinished. The rooms are very spacious and have a mini fridge inside which was nice. There was construction on a new building out front and the rooms themselves were unfinished. We had wires sticking out of the walls with no covers or light fixtures attached. The room we stayed in along with the room some friends stayed in had broken locks on the patio doors. I brought this to their attention and they said not to worry because they have 24 hour security roaming the property. They Also stated that they would have someone check it out but it was still broken when we returned. When we initially checked in there was used shampoo and conditioner in our shower.The next day the cleaning crew also left cleaning supplies in our room. For what they’re charging, they don’t give any amenities. No I’m room coffee, no clearly marked bathroom essentials, just cheap refillable plastic bottles. For a wine resort, I would also think they would give you a complimentary bottle for the room or at least a complimentary tasting. They don’t. I would stay else where until they figure it out, finish the rooms and fix all the busted doors.

Reviewed By mga213We arrived late at night and originally were offered a different unit than the one we booked. It turned out to be a misunderstanding and we got the unit we booked, which was perfect for our needs, one bedroom with a large living space. The location was great and it didn't take more than 20 minutes for us to drive to any of the places we wanted to go to. The temperature outside was cold (40s Fahrenheit) and our room took a little time to heat up, but once it did, it was very cozy. The property is very quiet. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The grounds were also perfectly manicured. We spent three nights there and wish we'd had more time. There was even a very friendly dog on site. Would happily go back.

Excellent stay, the best host
Reviewed By oscar mLast minute stay at Kpricho, recently opened boutique hotel, owners on site and very attentive to all our needs, Covid slowed their growth but a great job, the room was very nice and the bed amazing. We will return when we head back to Valle de Guadalupe

No hay agua caliente
Reviewed By MarioV9876Es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí, las habitaciones cumplen el mínimo requerido, pero la primera ocasión no había agua caliente lo cual se reportó y comentaron el calenton estaba apagado después de unos 30 min tuvimos agua caliente, en esta última ocasión sucedió lo mismo solo que hoy tuve que salir de la regadera e ir a la tienda de abajo a avisar que no había agua caliente, solo estaba una chica a la cual no pareció importarle mucho mi queja y simplemente nunca tuvimos agua caliente. Creo que a pesar de que el costo de la noche fue un 50% mas alto el lugar busca aumentar sus ganancias ahorrándose el gasto del gas.

Reviewed By kimcheedudeEcléctico is a beautiful place with super warm hearted staff. The food is top notch. I really enjoyed the Pulpo 8 brasas, Tiradito algo bien, cebiche, and sangrias. Every corner of their property has accents of great detail. We will be back very soon to visit this special place and sweethearts.
