I was unsure about coming here after seeing some of the reviews, although I noticed that the first three bad reviews are suspiciously similar!I came here tonight to be greeted by friendly staff and was quickly served my drink and poppudums. I then had a lamb in taramind sauce dish which was excellent; spicy but not too hot, and just the right portion size so I didn't feel bloated afterwards.There were plenty of people so the ambience was just right, and yet the tables were set far apart enough so I didn't feel weird sat on my own. The manager even introduced himself at the end of my meal and asked for my feedback!I would recommend coming here, give this great curry house a try!

This is a fairly new restaurant in Worle High Street and several friends and aquaintances recommended the food. So I and 2 friends visited the other night; the first thing we were told was that we couldn't bring soft drinks into the restaurant and the notice on the front of the menu was shown to us! (The website mentions that you can bring alcoholic beverages but says nothing about no soft drinks!) The dining room is quite small and cramped with not much room between the tables (seating only about 34) but is nicely decorated with real table linen and comfortable seating.We were shown to our table and poppadoms and pickles arrived shortly. However it took another 15 minutes before the order was taken and by the time the starters arrived, another 35 minutes had passed. The menu is quite extensive with several interesting and unusual dishes - the Achari Goste was described as "yummy" on the menu and it certainly was - when it eventually arrived! The main courses took over an hour to be served; most of the rest of the restaurant patrons were stopping and asking the young waiter (who was very pleasant and apologetic) as to where was their food was? All he could say was that they were very busy and had taken over 80 take-away orders that night. We had certainly seen numerous take-away orders coming out of the kitchen (not good when you are waiting for your food!) and the waiters were constantly answering the phone and taking orders!Our food was nicely presented and served with good sized portions but the service was extremely slow; had the food not been so good, I think we would have got up and left! The management need to sort out their priorities and decide whether the restaurant diners are served first or the take-away orders are served first; at the present, the take-away orders seem to be the priority! Considering that the restaurant diners have booked their tables and are willing to pay restaurant prices, I know what I would do!So I have had to mark the restaurant down as "poor" because until the service improves, I wouldn't recommend a visit even though the food is very good.

The New Viceroy has both Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine which meant something new for me to try. The service was a bit slow considering that we went in early but they were also busy preparing takeaways to send out. The staff were very friendly.

Diamond of a find. Warm welcoming staff on arrival in a very clean and tidy restaurant. The menu offered some really good specials and some dishes not seen before.The food was exceptional and every meal was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Highly recommended. I think youâd struggle to find a better Indian. We have visited twice in a week now and will be back when next in the area. Thank you.

Went for a meal here and found it over bearing with staff the restaurant is alway empty food might be good here but the service was terrible every 5 minutes staff coming over ask us for more drinks when we have got half full glasses... The owner serviced us to be blanked by him so he can talk an we just listen he was rude as hell at interrupting big headed and obnoxious dam I rather buy chips before entering this building again good bye zeera you can be more then this learn how to allow other people opinions to come out then just telling us about yours bye

Can't not thank the staff at panache enough and there excellent customer service staff were very friendly always happy nothing was any trouble for them the it was a birthday meal we drop balloons and banners off before hand and they very kindly put it all up looked lovely very helpful when we was choosing our food all the food came out with small gap in between which was lovely there was no rush the food was presented well and teasted amazing thank you so much we will differently be back again thank you to the owner naz for making us feel so welcome and and a member of staff called rezwan for your great customer service .xx
