My sister (who lives close by) said lets try this new little place and we were not disappointed. The building is behind the local pub and seems to be newly renovated in a very attractive way, a very clean and friendly café which sells beautifully presented snacks which seem to be made of fresh good quality ingredients, I had a toasted panini served with a little side salad, coleslaw and some crisps it was delicious, the cakes looked homemade and amazing but I was too full for one. It's an attractive little yard with a Post Office, a Bridal shop and a bike garage all behind the pub, it's perfect for cyclists. I hope business is good because it's such an excellent little area.Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, we certainly to try to ensure our food is fresh and locally sourced. Great to hear you enjoyed the food, our shop and the surrounding area. See you again

Set in an old thatched cottage in the middle of Sharnbrook village – this place is a real gem. Inside there is an atmospheric small dining area with fireplace and exposed beams – outside a lovely cottage garden with 3 or 4 tables. As we went on a very warm April day, we opted to sit outside and enjoy the garden. We visited at lunchtime and there was a good selection of light snacks – I can recommend the Greek salad and my wife enjoyed the brie and rocket panini. We followed this with orange and almond cake and earl grey fruit loaf – all were delicious. Breakfasts and afternoon teas were also on the menu and there was a wide selection of homemade cakes. Service was friendly and relaxed. Definitely worth a detour to visit – we'll certainly be returning. Look out for the blackboard and umbrella - or you may drive past. Plenty of parking in the road opposite.

We visited this cafe on the way for Bedford Park Live Feat. Unfortunately, they stopped offering meals due to the rain, but we tried some cakes and coffees. The cakes were fresh and tasty, and coffee was nice.

Beautiful very clean premises. Welcoming and attentive staff, who knew about the menu availability etc. A good range of menu items and beverages. (There is a separate breakfast menu too!)We ordered toasties, which arrived quite quickly. They were well filled and still hot at the table, came with steak chips done just right.I ordered a soya flat white coffee, which was also hot, with an extra portion of soya milk in a little jug.The meal was so substantial that we didn't have room for any dessert, but the home-made cakes looked very tempting!Very happy with our visit, and pleased to think we were helping the differently-abled people who run this very nice restaurant

We visited the tea rooms at lunch time and found the food good but a little expensive for the portion size. The service , however, was good and the staff polite. The tables in the downstairs area are very close together and it is difficult to get around them.
