Came here with a friend for dinner. Hadn't been here for a number of years as their vegetarian offer was fairly limited in the past so it wasn't ideal for my vegetarian husband. However, they have now expanded their vegetarian range so I'm sure I will be back here regularly.It's a small and simple-looking place, much like a cafe. The menu offers a range of dim sum and a few main dishes - not the anglicised versions you get in your typical take-away or suburban Chinese restaurant but it feels more authentically Chinese with many Sichuan dishes. Think Chinese street food rather than elaborate banquet dishes.We shared three types of dim sum, which were all utterly delicious - I would happily eat my way through the entire menu. I had the dan dan noodles as a main - also very nice though not particularly spicy. My friend loved her aubergine dish.They don't serve alcohol but it's bring your own - they don't charge corkage if you spend more than £10 per person and they supply wine glasses.It's cheap too - you can have all the dim sum you like without breaking the bank. One of the best value places I have been to in quite a while.Service was friendly and polite.It's wise to book here as it can get busy.Great place, can't wait to come back.

Visited on a weekend and place was pretty busy. Staff was efficient. Food arrived promptly. The beef in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken, special chow mien and special fried rice were all very good. Portions were quite generous too. Overall, a great meal.

Ordered at 7.20pm and order arrived at 8.45pm!! Not worth the wait at all...noodles were overcooked and slimy, no taste whatsoever to dish. Just a bit slimy mess. Also ordered spring rolls..bland. tandoori wings..bland. Go to a real Chinese restaurant instead.
