This is an Indian restaurant that sells Indian food, that is (at best) average. The food is okay and it is served promptly too, but it simply would not survive if there wasn't such a captive audience of holiday makers.£6.20 for 4 poppadums is way too expensive too.I would suggest going to Indian Brasserie instead.

Visited this takeaway whilst on holiday. Sadly, very disappointing. Hot and sour soup was perhaps the worst I've ever had being neither hot (spicey) nor sour. A bland and rather odd concoction which I gave up on after 3 spoonfuls. Hoisin ribs were quite nice and chicken chow mein was passable. Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was ok but ALL the dishes had a strange undertone / flavour/ smell that my husband described as 'medicinal. Price was competitive at around £23 but honestly, I'd rather have paid more for a decent meal. Sorry to be so harsh with feedback but just being honest.
