We took a party of 14 for a meal in October, looked after very well, food was prepared and cooked to everyones delight, happily use the takeaway at lease once a month.

Came out for a meal with my friends wish we had just gone to McDonalds. Took our order then 45 minutes later only half of the starters turned up. We slowly ate these hoping that the rest would come soon but they never arrived and we are still waiting for our vegetable samosas. Another 35 mins and nursing what was left of our drinks we finally had to grab a waiter to get more (we were charged £25 for the privilege of flat bottle poured diet cokes) and then finally our mains arrived. They were okay once they had added on the rice that they missed out. We ate our meals which were okay a little cold but acceptable. Once we finished they were quick to clear the table but there was no offer of pudding and once we finally gave up any hope of good service we begged for the bill and left. Home to cook pudding probably the best part of the night. Such a shame as normally they are really good but I will certainly be thinking again about going back.

Recently returned from India having had some wonderful food and two occasions lamb biryani so thought I'd pop to my local Indian and buy a lamb biryani. no comparison whatsoever frankly . lamb biryani at the himalaya Tandoori restaurant doesn't come close to what I had in India. shame.

We got going with the pickle tray and both spicy and plain popadoms with a couple Kingfisher lagers (bottled because the draught wasnât on) and a glass of white wine. The mains were the wonderfully festive sounding Janglee Duck, an Archari Chicken and a Jalfrezi, with some sides including the Chefs special Christmas potatoes and a Keema Naan. Everything was great including the special potatoes but none of us could detect what made them special âChristmas Potatoesâ but what the hell they were really good. After a while we were treated to a very good Indian dessert which seemed like creamy tapioca and offered a balance to the spiciness of the mains.All in all a great meal with excellent service, possibly a little bit expensive but we did add a round of brandyâs at the end.Well, it was nearly Christmas !!

Decided to give it a try as my son recommended it and was not disappointed ,very comfortable atmosphere and the service was excellent.A very good choice of dishes on the menu which when served were delicious.On the night we were there there was a log fire in the bar which added to the atmosphere,would recommend it.

I popped into Indian Ocean on my visit from London. This is a family owned restaurant. The owner and his family are kind and accommodating. The food is clean, very rich in spices and tastes amazing. The decor is simple and perfect for a quite night out with a partner or with family and friends. Top points for speed of service. Do visit and you wonât be dissapointed.

Great service and wonderful food. A treat for all. A family birthday is always a time for celebration, and one hopes that the chosen venue meets expectations. Well, The Lime Tree certainly did. Went with friends, as a group of 8 enjoyed the atmosphere, food has good taste to it, although some of the dishes seemed quite watery/sloppy. The staff were very attentive. No carpark so just had to ditch your car. But it's about the food, Overall very good and would definitely go again.

We regularly order our Friday night takeaway from Vantage. The food is absolutely gorgeous, full of flavour, spice and lovely tender chicken. I was lucky enough to win their weekly Facebook 'meal for two' competition and was treated to first class service in their beautifully decorated restaurant. We were spoilt for choice on the menu! I have to point out that all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and really made us laugh tonight.An absolutely perfect evening and rebooked to return again in a couple of weeks.Highly recommend....best in town!Thank you Vantage.
