The U.A.E.'s northernmost Emirate offers a wealth of diversions between its miles of white sandy beaches and turquoise sea, majestic Hajjar Mountains and magnificent desert sand dunes. Catch a camel race, try your hand at the shooting range or soar with a microlight aircraft at Jazirah Aviation Club. We ate at the pub several times. The quality of the food was great everytime but once. Our complaint was professionally handled and we left happy that time too. The staff was friendly and helpful in general too. The shaggy chairs and tables at the terrace get a big minus.Dear Laura M,Greetings from Al Hamra Residence and Village!Thank you for taking time to write a TripAdvisor review about your last experience with us.My sincere apologies for the inconvenience that caused during your visit; however I am happy to read that our teamâs efforts to make it right for you left you happy with overall experience. Your comments in regards to the furniture have been addressed by replacing earlier furniture with new outdoor furniture. We trust this does not turn you away from our pub and we look forward to welcoming you during your next visit to Ras Al Khaimah.Best Regards,Amr AhmedHotel Manager

A fantastic little find in Ras al Khaimah. Expecting places to be a little more traditional here, I was surprised to find this quaint bookshop style cafe. With an array of hipster-esk dishes, coffees and smoothies, this is a great place to unwind. If youâre a fan of Shakespeareâs, youâll like this place. A little calmer on the decor, and like sitting in a library. There are ample books to buy and borrow. The garlic bread with breakfast was a surprise and added bonus- not to mention the super thick green smoothie with kiwi, cucumbers and other green goodness. The music, an eclectic mix of classic Arabic tunes, old french Ballardâs, and English war time tunes - strange, but good!
