以前よりこの店舗の利用に関しては格段に利用しやすい配置に改装されていた。夕食に家族5人で利用してみたが１９：３０過ぎというすこしはずした時間帯だったので、そこそこ混雑の無い列でいただけた。子供が3人とも新製品の「牛すき釜玉」をオーダーしたのだが、どうやら非常に調理に手間がかかるらしく、みるみる行列が長蛇になってしまった。視線がささる。

2年ぶりに行きました。和食のコース料理と言ったらイイでしょうか？出された時に料理の説明されて納得し、創作料理を目で見て楽しんで、食べて堪能しての繰り返し。天ぷらの衣は、うらごししたソラマメの緑色を使っていたり、この時期にしか獲れない網にかからない釣竿で釣り直前まで活かしていたアジが出てきたりと、値段も高いですが、出される料理は時期的レアな素材を上手く使い、手間かけて作られています。最高の食事でした。

開店前に行列が出来ていました。650円のカツカレーを注文しました。ボリュームがあって美味しいです。日替りやスープカレーが人気なのでまた行ってみたい。

銅山の跡地を活用したレストラン、アミューズメント施設です。温泉などを整備した人気スポットでもあります。ここの産業遺産は実に素晴らしい、長年、実際に使用されていた施設と建物がそのまま今に残っている。鉱山観光も出来ます。

国道11号線を使ってた高松方面に向かう途中で所用で新居浜市に立ち寄りました。国道11号線から3㎞以上海の方向に走らないといけないので、所用がなければ立ち寄らなかったでしょう。昼食で入店し、肉うどんを注文しました。口コミには讃岐うどんとあったのですが、讃岐のような太いうどんじゃありません。香川県の讃岐うどんも最近は細めのうどんが好まれるようになってその影響かもしれません。程よい感じのコシがあり、美味しいうどんであることには変わりはありません。うどんつゆも美味しかったです。おろし生姜と甘辛い肉から出た味がうどんつゆに混じり、味わい深いものになっています。肉は少し硬いですが甘さがあります。

This is a small and very decent restaurant in Niihama. With a typical Japanese style setting, the restaurant only serves 6 to 7 groups / tables each night. Each group will occupy a small room with good privacy. We made our reservation in advance by email and the host is very friendly and responsive to our enquiries.We picked the "Trust the Chef" dinner menu. The Chef came to our room and explained to us the details of each dish professionally. He also kindly served us with very good green tea and antique tea pot set. This made us feeling like VIP. All the food and drinks are very nice, tasty and well crafted. Staff are very friendly and kind as well. Given such a high standard of service and food, the price level of this restaurant is still very reasonable. A highly recommended restaurant if you visit Niihama or nearby. Noted that there is not many staff in this restaurant and likely only one staff can speak English, you may need to be a bit more patient if you cannot read or speak Japanese.

平日のお昼時に行きました。駐車場はいっぱいでしたが、回転は早い。現場作業の人や近くのサラリーマンのランチで賑わっているようでした。店内広く、座敷席もありました。煮魚のランチと揚げ物のランチを頼みました。どちらも値段、ボリュームともに満足でした(^-^)気軽に行けるいいお店です
