Although no one was wearing masks, they provided a document recommending masks if unvaccinated. The entire hotel was very clean. My room was spotless upon checkin and the hotel as quiet. I can't find anything to warn people about. Good selection at breakfast too. I highly recommend this place.

Reviewed By lmsicWe arrived and were told check in was at 4 and if anything opened up early they would call us. Of course they did not and we finally checked in at 5:30. Hallway had overpowering smell of oil paint. Room was tiny, dark and depressing. Looked like it was falling apart.Floor boards uneven.Tile floor in bathroom had cracks in just about every single tile. Bug of some sort was crawling on ceiling and went behind the curtain before I could get him.very small toiletries.Bed was comfortable but didn't sleep well because of the thought of the bug. Walls are paper thin. Breakfast was pretty good -hot and cold foods and very nice person working the kitchen. Only good thing about the place is the proximity to restaurants in town. Had to carry our bags up the stairs to check in because there is no ramp that we could wheel them on.

Definitely my number one choice in Easton, and when visiting our daughter at Lafayette College.

The breakfast area is well stocked, clean and provides many choices. Rooms are suites well suited for extended stays or just for one night. The bed was comfortable. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are available in wall mount dispensers.

Reviewed By schube44Very nice hotel - courteous front desk staff; room was clean and spacious, equipped with sink, fridge, microwave, stove top, and dishwasher for included dishes and utensils; stayed in a King room, bed was comfortable; there was a sofa bed and ottoman in the room which was comfortable as well; large walk in shower (no tub) in bathroom which was well equipped... good location, convenient to restaurants, stores, etc... will stay here again.

Very Clean, Great for Large Family!
Reviewed By AANaikCame with family of 5 to do annual trip to crayola experience in Easton, Pa. Exceptionally clean, conveniently located and very friendly staff. Extra bedding set was used for the pull out couch. Wished breakfast ended a little later on weekends but we managed to sneak in a quick bite.

Staff and management should be checked & the facility should be cleaned way better ! The staff is extremely rude and racist! I was harassed out of my room & then accused of smoking. The whole hotel smells like smoke. The manager Nancy pretending to be housekeeping knocked on the door several times & had the front desk attendant call the room rushing us out! Once out the room Nancy rummaged through our outside trash bags left in the trash can of the hotel and found an old broken cigarette in the bag & used that to remove us from the hotel! She also tried to charge us for a 2nd day that I prepaid for although we did not use the room. I tried to explain our side and where the bag came from but she just wanted us gone at that. After reading and reviewing the site unfortunately I am not the only on that has been threw this . Also serval reviews and complaints on the site about the rooms already smelling of smoke & them trying to charge for it ! I feel this is a scam to make money because the hotel does not seem to have very much traffic! “IF YOURE GOING TO CHARGE FOR SMOKING OR ACCUSE PEOPLE OF SMOKING OR SMELLING LIKE SMOKE , MAYBE FIX THE SMELL IN THE HOTEL FIRST! The hotel smells of smoke !

This hotel is very clean, well kept and updated, smells clean and fresh, and the staff we interacted with were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

As you make your way west towards the Bank St. entrance there is a subtle transition with a bespoke feel that is modern and bright. The windows are large, there is abundant natural light, and spectacular, handmade metal light fixtures and stair railings round out the space. Located minutes from Route 22and I-78, on famed "Millionaire's Row" in Easton's historic district, we are thrilled to offer a unique guest experience.
Great Hidden Gem in Easton, PA
Reviewed By Jill_John-BethanyWe stayed at this great hotel in downtown Easton for our daughter's wedding, which was also in downtown Easton at the Bank Street Annex. We had three rooms reserved, and all 3 were excellently appointed. The Townley is associated with several restaurants in Easton, The River Grille and Three Oak Steakhouse, both within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel manager, Cassandra, was very accommodating, and paid great attention to detail during our stay. Please make sure you take the time to stop in the bar, Bar Bix, in the rear of the property, during warmer weather, it offers an outside courtyard area, as well as a covered area in a very cozy setting, with amazing drink options and a superb bar staff. This is a must stay if you plan on visiting the Easton area.
