Reviewed By Traveler798746I booked and paid for premium apartment but received a below standard dirty apartment not the same as the one advertised , dirty , not well maintained but they took the money . The company is cheating and I think racism at play .

Clinch Self Catering comprises 5 units - The Apartment, Cosy Nest, Cosy Nook, Cosy Den and Cosy Corner. Nine, four, four, two and six sleepers respectively. We are very conveniently situated, clean and affordable, and suitable for holiday makers and business persons alike. We are close to all of Durbans and Umhlanga Rocks swimming beaches and tourist attractions, and very close to several popular family restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, supermarkets and shops. Each unit has its own private entrance, airconditioning and secure offroad parking. Rates are FROM R300 per person per night sharing in low season. Sleeps up to 25 persons. Please note that at Clinch Self Catering all units are completely self contained and private, and do not share facilities with other guests, besides the car park. Each unit has its own private entrance, facilities and therefore privacy is assured. There is safe, secure parking directly outside each unit.

Room 104 the worst room ever
Reviewed By meikimbeleWe got the worst service ever at silver sands this weekend. The room had a nasty smell, windows not washed. TV was changed while we still in the room. Old appliances, The was a lady by the name of Ronell who didn't even want to take a complain from us. They didn't even want us to change the room. On top of that, we we check out we had to pay for the glasses that were not in the room in the first place. I felt like I was in hillbrow johannesburg
