we stopped by this place as all hotel patrons keep telling us thats the best place to eat and all that really a scam. Yes the place looks nice from the outside but the kitchen and prices are just another story. When we walked in and started to order, half of the menu was not available so we ordered salats and soups. The quality and portions were comparable to average airport food so were the prices. One of us ordered shashlik and then regretted it for the next day and a half. The place across the street called Crystal on contrary is awesome, we spent the rest of our dinners there for the exception of one when we went to the place called Shashlichnaya (in the same building they have bowling) That decision got me in a close relationship with a bathroom for about 2 days and so did another one of us stupid enough to order shashlik in shashlichnaya that day with me.

Cafe "Crystal"is on the same property as the hotel. Located near the river "Amanauz" in the center of Dombay. We started working with 28.12.1999. The last renovation was in 2016. We have a summer Terrace with views of the river.The main hall has space for 100 people. The second Banquet room for 8-14 people. There are also cabins for 4-6 persons, a summer Terrace where you can fit 60 people.

We are there almost every night after bad experience with U Zuli and Shashlichnaya
At the entry you will see the meat sheff by the fireplace. Say high as you come through as he is going to cook you one of the best meats on the mountain
Once inside feel free to order exactly what you want without looking at the menu and they will cook it for you and its going to be awesome. Tell to add extra garlic into potatoes. Get their Mors. Its not typical more but more of a Compot yet good. We have tried almost everything over 3 days in that restaurant and every time it was perfect

Отличное место, чтобы поесть местных закрытых пирогов - хычинов. Помимо традиционных с бараниной, картошкой, зеленью, довелось попробовать с мясом яков. Превосходно!

Когда отдыхали на Домбае, то заходили пообедать в это кафе. Брали жареную баранину с овощами. Внутри очень красивый интерьер с местным колоритом: на стенах картины из кожи и меха, кругом детали быта горцев. Очень уютная веранда. Милая и приветливая официантка. А вот мясо подали жесткое и много костей. Получается, что покушали в основном овощи.

Обычное место, цены и обслуживание как везде в поселке.
Плюс в том, что с большей вероятностью здесь вы не отравитесь.
Минус в том, что шашлык тут так себе относительно других мест.

Поднимались в п. Домбай на вершину горы на подъемнике. Когда были внизу, светило солнце. А поднялись на верх, обрушился снежный заряд, видимость пропала полностью и подъемники остановились на 40 мин. Спрятаться негде, только в этом кафе спасение. Конечно мы зашли погреться и пообедать. Интерьер колортиный, в народном кавказском стиле. Брали суп чанахи, очень вкусный, а лепешки вообще забыть невозможно!

Мы ходили в ресторан "Крепость" каждый день, заказывали разные блюда и всё время оставались очень довольными (уха, шашлык, хычины, пельмени, плов и пр.)
Плюсы - непосредственная близость к подъемнику (можно поесть до каталки, можно после, можно и спуститься на обед ради хорошей кухни), гуманные цены (не выше чем у других), приятные сотрудники.

Простое кафе с простым интерьером. Были на ужин. Брали манты и хычины. Еда качественная, без изысков, порции средние, как и вкус. Цены на уровне среднеДомбайских. Второй раз не пришли - есть места где повкуснее и за те же деньги.

Недавно открывшийся ресторан. Хорошая задумка: деревянный дом с большими окнами с видом на горы. Внутри тепло, хоть и оочень большая площадь. Открылись недавно, поэтому нет алкоголя. Рыба свежая, готовят тут же на углях. Есть детский уголок. Только не мешало бы его регулярно мыть (детишки разные бывают). Приветливый персонал. Ценовая политика средняя

Хорошие большие порции. Еда вкусная, хотя на примере салата Цезарь, я бы не сказал, что его надо именно так называть. Великолепное исполнение сырников и оладушков. В отличии от многих кафе на Домбае, можно попить хороший кофе. Цены чуть дороже чем в других кафе, но зато гораздо уютнее и вкуснее чем в большинстве придорожных кафешек. Кафе расположено в отеле "Андерсон"
