The atmosphere was very Danish. When you get here, you'll know what I mean. We ate pheasant (well, my 15-year old son did) and my husband and I ate various kinds of fish. Really really good. My son, who eats like a herd of elephants was satisfied and could not stop talking about the experience - and the dessert. So good, so personal, so delicious. The service was amazing and knowledgible and Thies himself was a very relaxed chef/host. Loved loved loved the who experience.

Enjoyed a lunch with my parents on a sunny afternoon. The surroundings are absolutely stunning with lake views in the outskirts of the forest. For summer lunch you can sit on the terrace and enjoy it all. The lunch dishes are traditional danish style - and thereâs plenty of food!The waitress was very kind and helpful and even brought a bowl of water for the dog. Highly recommended for a lunch outside of cph. Note that the parking is a couple of hundred meters from the restaurant so you need to walk downhill. If youâre not able to walk there are a few parking spots behind the restaurant.

Beautifully situated in the surroundings of The Scandinavian Golf Club and the spectacular clubhouse you will find The Waters complimentary of both - the restaurant will spin you a burger if you are in for a casual dinner, or even try the danish traditional stew called Biksemad.If you have time and want to indulge in a very good cuisine and a great wine card you will also find that Per and the team is able to accommodate this.
