OMG I cannot say enough about this place. The food is AMAZING!!!! Everything is amazing. Hands down my favorite vegetarian burger I've ever had, and I live in Portland, Oregon... Everything was cooked absolutely perfectly and had such original and outstanding flavor! My sister got a classic cheeseburger which comes with bacon and she was extremely impressed as well. They had an amazing deal that was a burger+a beer+ fries for 30 soles! Ummm what!? I cannot stress enough that if you are looking for an amazing burger, fries, beer, atmosphere, and customer service, GO HERE!!! You will not be disappointed.

We booked this restaurant because of the excellent reviews and its proximity to Wanchaq Railway station. The chef has worked in a range of top class restaurants and it really shows. I would recommend the spaghetti cipriani and the vegetarian dishes which were incredibly tasty. The lomo saltado empanadas were also excellent. Leave room for dessert! This restaurant offers three different burgers; beef, alpaca and vegetarian with lots of options for extras and sauces. It's like a build your own burger ordering system.I didn't want a patty so ordered lots of other extras (cheese, avocado, peppers, onions) and so they kindly charged me just 12 soles for a 'sandwich' with chips. My husband had an alpaca burger which he enjoyed but it was not well-done as requested. However it was just 20 soles for his burger and chips!The BBQ sauce is really yummy and the chips are great too!

We were brought to this bar/restaurant by a friend who is a long time Cusco resident. The food here was excellent and all priced very reasonably. Highly recommend the Anticucho Criollas, wonderfully seasoned beef hearts that donât taste minerally or gamey at all. The Brusquetas is also an excellent platter to share with 3 or 4 âtapasâ type sliders. The slider with beef and the quail egg on top is wonderful if the thought of a runny egg doesnât make you squeamish. You can do a tasting of different types of pisco sours but the clasico itself is pretty good. They also had a live local band so you can have live music with your meal. And you know youâre in a good local dive when youâre sitting around with locals and the only tourists are in your table.Thank you for your opinion, this is very important for us. We are glad to know that you enjoyed the experience at República del Pisco. Please come back soon and don´t forget recommend us.

This is the best bar in Cusco! My group of friends and I come here at least once a week, even after testing out other bars. The people here are so kind and funny, the drinks are GREAT prices and strong, the atmosphere is great. I will miss this place so much! Truly cannot recommend a better bar in cusco. Also great food with vegetarian options and the board games are superb.
