Nice place, but some people have to understand what is politeness and the concept of a client.

The room is nicely decorated and clean but one window faces the inner courtyard parking and anyone can pick a view inside, not to mention the noise and gases from the cars, the other, the bathroom one, faces a back alley on which the garbage is stored. The staff is using loudly the trash bins from late night to very early morning. The cooler in the room is very noisy and had to be unplugged. The restaurant is small and cannot accommodate enough customers. The staff is under specialized and careless. If you miss the breakfast there is no alternative until 13.30 - 14. The food on the other hand is tasty and there is a nice selection of beverages. Last order is 21.00 hours and the restaurant stays open until 22.00. If you try to order even 5 minutes after 21.00 it is not possible even if you tried to get the attention of a waitress 10 minutes previously. The argument was I should have gone to the bar and order there. The parking as well is insufficient for the amount of customers. The pool is small and has insufficient chairs. The temperature is right and it is clean. On the premises there is a playground which is nice. The hotel offers a lot more services that I didn’t try.

The bed was big and comfy - slept really well, which doesn't happen every time - , the breakfast has 2 sorts fo homemade zacusca and 3 types of Romanian local cheese (the kind you find in households but not in guesthouses/hotels) and delicious marmelade. And - maybe the best part - in the courtyard there are 3 old cars, which make one of the best backgrounds for taking selfies. :D

quiet place
Reviewed By Sza_beeAlthough a high amount of the traffic moved onto the new highway, this place is still swarming with people. It is on the national road with a big sign in front of it, so difficult to miss. The pension has a big private yard, where cars or even a bus can be parked safely. The place is relatively quiet. You have to know that it is isolated, there are no shops or other money-spending places in walking distance. Food is very good and mostly is a local cuisine. It is a good option who want to spend time away from the noise of the city, but still a few minutes drive from it.

Nice and welcoming pension near Sibiu
Reviewed By Galit wWe stayed at the Insula Christiana for 1 night as a stop in our trip. The owner Mrs. Claudia was very nice and friendly! She spoiled us with delicious sweets at evening and a wonderful breakfast at morning. All of her products are home made and organic. I would highly recommend this Vila if you visit Sibiu. The surroundings is also very pretty and green with nice animals around. if you are staying with kids then they would love it. Claudia was also kind enough to provide us with some fruits and cakes for the road. We really appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Made our stay!

Даже в отсутствие снега - на горе и лесных дорожках всегда есть снег. (пушки, тракторы) Снаряжение и скипас - очень дешевые. Гостиница очень стильная, красивая, качественная, сделана с любовью и вкусом. Хозяин Петер - замечательный человек, еда прекрасная, английский не в ходу, румынский, венгерский, немецкий и итальянский - да. Я общалась чуть-чуть по английски или при помощи гугл. Деревенская атмосфера, чистейший воздух, красота, вкуснота! Единственный минус - далеко добираться, из Бухареста - 5 часов на машине. до Брашова - 2 часа.

The room has nice furniture, clean bathroom, new towels, even slippers for all the members of the family. The rooms were near the social space which is consisting of a kitchen, dining room, terrace. It's full of flowers everywhere in the courtyard, at the terrace, at the staircase. The hosts are extremely friendly and attentive to all details. Guests can enter and leave their car in the yard. The pension has facilities for grill or barbeque, the guests can prepare food in the kitchen - endowed with all necessary, or can dine in the dining room. I highly recommend the family pension Stoian, it provides maximum value at reasonable prices.
