We had a birthday dinner here for 4 people. The general consensus was that the food was slightly over cooked. I myself had the steak burger which was tasty and the reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise going on the other meals it would've been 3 stars.

Mushroom app with aioli mayo quite good. The "caprese" salad delicious. We added roasted red peppers. Pasta carbonara just enough to make it lick your plate clean. Prawns with linguine(shrimp scampi) had thin slices of zucchini & cherry tomatoes, garlic was perfect & not too wet! Raspberry brownie with ice cream & cream quite nice, just couldn't taste any raspberry, perhapsxtasberry sauce on pkste with the chocolate sauce would enhance this dish. My husband had a Chilean cab SUV. Maya was excellent & sweet! Best Italian we've had across the pond!!

Our hiking group (20 of us) had dinner at this establishment. Our room was set with 2 long tables which allowed for plenty of conversation time. We were offered a special menu that allowed various choices (starter, main and dessert) for our entire group. The service was hopping and smiling the entire evening. I chose the mussels (very good and plentiful), then the sweet cured bacon which was actually a pork chop and a desert made with seaweed. It was a great meal served hot and with a smile. By the time, our group was finished, there wasn't a seat left in the entire place. If in town, plan on the Yellow Pepper

A lovely restaurant with great views over the golf course and further afield. The service was first class and staff friendly and courteous. Food was presented to perfection and delicious. Ribeye is well worth it. Early bird menu at £19.95 for two courses was excellent with a good menu to choose from. No booking was necessary and they were busy enough. Well worth a visit!

Incredibly friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the food they are serving. The food is nothing short of fantastic, try the avocado on toast which is rapidly becoming my guilt free best new habit. One of the things that always seems to let the healthier end of the restaurant trade down is the lack of good coffee, that's not the case here! A full five stars, get yourself in here when in the Northwest!

Whilst touring the Wild Atlantic Way, we booked this restaurant based on the TA reviews. We were slightly uncertain about it's location under a shopping centre but we couldn't have been more wrong. The food quality and presentation was of Michellin standard. The manager was professional and knowledgeable about the menu and wines, which were fantastic. Particularly loved the Beetroot starter (inc Beetroot ice cream). Well done to all including Chris (Head Chef/owner), what a culinary delight.Ps. No lighthouse at Mizen Head (in joke)

Visited this venue on a previous occasion so, when returning to Letterkenny for a two-night stay we chose the Quiet Moment tearooms for breakfast knowing full well that the service, food and everything else would deliver.Not disappointed. As soon as we arrived a friendly waitress handed us a menu and given enough time to determine what we wanted, the order was taken and the food soon followed.Two poached eggs accompanied by hash brown, toasted wheaten and a refreshing pot of tea was just the perfect start to the day and at a price that was easy on the purse!No surprise when we went back on the second morning for the much of the same - why change?A Quiet Moment has much to commend it and I would thoroughly recommend it for food at any time of the day.We the management and the hard working staff off the Quiet Moment tearooms Letterkenny appreciate you kind review .We look forward to you next visit to letterkenny. Food was of a vvvv poor standard, more or less tasteless and burnt.. my children could cook better.. used to be a family favourite but standards in food was awful today.
