We first stopped at this place for the happy hour cocktails and tapas which were both lovely btw. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were particularly over vegetarian choices on the menu.We returned another night for dinner and it lived up to our expectations.We enjoyed it so much we went back for more tapas and cocktails on our last day.

Weâd consulted Trip Advisor, but restaurants we fancied were either closed on a Monday or had disappeared. A walk round the old port revealed plenty of busy restaurants but mostly with bad reviews. Weâd passed Le Petit Zinc at the beginning of our search but were slightly put off by the fact that it was empty. Finally we returned and it was still empty, but this time we decided to stayNo starters on the menu. So straight to a limited selection of main courses. I had seiche (cuttlefish) with a fruity salad. My wife had a steak. We both enjoyed these but thought they were a little expensive. We were offered desserts but instead chose a cheeseboard to share. The Corsican cheeses were lovely.Weâd had 4 glasses of excellent local wine between us and had not enquired as to their price. In fact they were very good value. So finally the bill at 58 Euro was less than we expected. Charming waitress added to the fun.

Best Restaurant in Bastia. Food was gourmet, high quality, creative and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend. The owner was also there and could not have been nicer. Walking around the street saw the restaurant NOVa.We took a table outside order a cocktail that was excellent.We order mi- cuit de thon and a Tartar Maurice very very good good and we were offered a homemade digestive from the house.We will proudly recommended this Restaurant to our friends

Great service, great food (dare to ask for the extra-strong one if he got some)! The man prepares his own cured meat with his brother in the village of San Lurenzu in the mountains during the winter. And if you are a vegetarian, you can still enjoy yourself with the cheese. This is simply the best corsica has to offer in your plate.Thank you for your comment. Good thing we trusted the good reviews here on Tripadvisor, we were all fully satisfied! Every dish a hit - from the vegan Buddha Bowl to the fluffy pancakes, the poached egg dishes and the lemon cake, the Cappucchino, freshly squeezed orange juice, we fully enjoyed eating here. The service was quick and friendly, left nothing to be desired. Weâll be back!

We had a really memorable meal here on our first night in Corsica. The food was inventive and delicious; there was an excellent Corscian focused wine-list with a very helpful Sommelier and service was friendly and attentive. Would recommend highly and would love to go back.
