The Cafe Bar was the only place open in Constitucion and we were starving, so we ordered a pizza.
The pizza was small, expensive and had a bad taste. The smell in the interior of the Cafe bar was distgusting, the place was not clean and the waitress quite uninterested. In addition, we waited a very long time for our pizza. Definitely not worth a visit.

Awesome Restaurant! First I must explain that Constitucion is a small coast city with the most extraordinary mountain rocks on the black sand Beaches. You can enjoy a wonderful view from all the Beaches on the way to the Fisherman Pier. As a city, it is not specially beautiful as it was on the past, but you will find wonderful landscapes all over. The Rompeolas Restaurant is one of the best in the region (7 Region). It is fancy and has a great atmosphere at any time. If you go for an apero, lunch, dinner or a late drink. The cava has an amazing rock wall and you can taste an excellent Chilean wine. Food is 100% gourmet (quite a surprise for a small town) they cook traditional Chilean recipes but with a fine touch (please do not forget the desserts) They can be proud not only for its food but also for its service, friendly and respectful in Spanish and English (!) The owners are always there, taking care of every detail. No doubt about it, simply the best!
(It is located next to the 1st Beach, so enjoy a walk there too)

Un lugar con un amplio segundo piso, un ponche de papayas exquisito y platos de gran tamaño, colegas pidieron cazuela de pava, pescado frito, plateada y pollo arverjado.

Después de un largo día muy frío y con niebla, y con mucha hambre, llegamos a éste local para reponernos.
Muy buen Chocolate Caliente, ricos Sandwich y muy buena Pastelería. La atención es rápida y amable. Los precios son normales.
Absolutamente recomendable.

I would not say that there was anything exciting about this restaurant, but the Chilean sea food was representative and prepared nicely. I would visit again.

I enjoyed 2 meals here while in the area on business. The quality and presentation were quite good, and the location is grand. I would recommend this restaurant to any visiting Constitucion.

Pase a comprar un desayuno, se demoraron mucho con el café, aunque era la única sentada ahí. El Sandwich de ave pimentón era más pimentón que ave, lleno de mayonesa.
La atención fue buena y cordial.
