We had time to stop by this resto for a quick lunch and were surprised with their menu. The food is very fresh and the service was great If you want the atmosphere and good Japanese food, this is the place to go to .

Hard to beat the hospitality and warm welcome in this intimate Asian eatery. Freshly prepared dishes are very tasty and the menu has a good range.
Drinks and wine menu are OK and a good selection of Asian beers are on offer.
Westerners used to larger portions might question the value and will need to order extra dishes.
Servings could be a little more generous!
This place gets full quickly so we recommend you make a reservation to be sure of a seat! Those not reserving risk disappointment.

An excellent Cambodian restaurant.The banana flower salad is a goodie among plenty of other specialties. Big parking place and the view from the restaurant onto the rivers Seine and Oise is unique.

This restaurant opened shortly before we moved to the area 14 years ago, and we've been going perhaps twice a year since. Yet, the welcome is amazing, the owners greet us by name, and always find us a table, a kind gesture in a restaurant that is now always quite full.
The food is fantastic, and very copious.

Vast choice of pancakes, and they are delicious. The interior decor is rustic and characterful. Not sure whether the restaurant itself has a carpark, but we found paying parking a couple of minutes walk away. We were there early shortly after 7 pm so had a table without reservation but then the restaurant filled up, so I expect one would have to book a table if planning dinner at the usual french time of around 8 pm. Despite the many tables, the service was prompt and the staff were friendly.

Petit restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine vue de l'extérieur mais je vous invite à franchir le pas, vous ne serez pas déçu. Le patron est vraiment très gentil et surtout sa cuisine est raffinée et délicieuse. Le voyage est au rdv et les papilles fretillent. Un lieu à ne pas manquer pour les adeptes de la cuisine libanaise.

The restaurant is located in the center of Jouy-le-Moutier, in a charming oldbuilding made of stone. The restaurant was quite crowded but we could still maintain some privacy, which was quite appreciated. The food was good, even if the choice was not extremely large. The quality was excellent, and the dishes were not that pricey. Worth a visit, for the food and the atmosphere. You feel like in a village, just minutes away from Cergy!
