Reviewed By JojoclearyIf I could give 10 stars I would. This hotel is hospitality at its best from the moment we arrived until we left. The owners are super friendly, the staff also & very efficient. We were upgraded to a suite with a view of the castle, outstanding. The cleanliness impeccable & everything you need provided in the bathroom. The food was delicious, choice plentiful, breakfast was like a banquet! The castle is across the road & everyone in Bran is friendly. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, thank you for a wonderful trip.

Reviewed By Hunking68HU: Nagyon jó helyen, központhoz nagyon közel helyezkedik el, mégis csendes környezetben. A központ néhány perces gyaloglással kényelmesen elérhetö. A panzió könnyen megtalálható és az sem érdemtelen, hogy a panziónak saját parkolója van! A recepció munkatársai mindig kedvesek és segítökészek, dolgukat gyorsan végezve a szobák pillanatokon belül átvehetök. A kényelmes, nagyon tiszta szobák (legalábbis a nekünk átadott szoba) nemcsak NAGYON tágas és világos, de izlésesen és nagyon jól felszerelt. Egy személyes használat ellenére NAGY francia ágy állt benne, egészséges hátgerincü személyeknek nagyon kényelmes, vastag és puha matracokkal. A szobának nagy elöszobája van, íróasztallal, saját kapszulás kávefözövel... A fürdöszoba nagy és világos és különösen meglepett az is, hogy egy panzióhoz avagy 4 csillagos szálodákra sem igen jellemzö módon WC mellet bidé-vel és Wirlpool-al is felszerelt! Kitűnő konyha, kiemelkedöen bőséges választék áll rendelkezésre a svédasztalos reggelinél. A szálloda összetartozik egy nagy és szép fedett avagy nagy napernyökkel védett kerthelységes vendéglövel, melynek nemcsak hogy fantasztikusan nagy a választéka, de remekül is ízlett mindaz a sok étel, amit ott társainkkal kipróbáltunk. Említésre méltó persze az esti (mi vasárnap este voltunk ott) élö zene is, melyet egy kellemesen muzsikáló háromtagú zenekar játszott. Megjegyzem azt is, hogy nem árt asztalt elöre lefoglalni, mert a Lacicsárda különösen közkedvelt a helyi lakósok körében is. A pincérek gyorsak és nagyon fogyelmesek és több nyelven is tárgyalóképesek. A panziót valamint a vendéglöt is 100%-osan tovább ajánlhatom, én is mindenképpen ott fogok megpróbálni szállást keresni/kapni legközelebb is. EN: This destination is a very good located, to the city center very closed accomodation, yet in a quiet environment. The center is easily reached on foot in a few minutes. It's easy to find and it isn't unworthy that the pension has its own parking lot! The reception staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can pick up your room in no time. The comfortable, very clean rooms (at least the room handed over to us) are not only VERY spacious and bright, but tastefully and very well equipped. Despite a single personal use, it had a REALLY LARGE French bed with very comfortable, thick and soft mattresses for people with a healthy back (unfortunately not the case for me). This room has a large entrance hall with a work desk and its own capsule coffee maker ... The bathroom is large and bright and I am especially surprised that it is equipped with a bidet and a Wirlpool in addition to a toilet, which is not very typical for a boarding house or a 4-star hotel! Excellent cuisine and an extremely rich selection of buffet breakfasts. The hotel is part of a large and beautiful restaurant with a covered or large parasol garden, which not only has a fantastically large selection, but also all the many dishes we tried out with our companions. Of course, there is also live music in the evening (we were there on Sunday night), played by a pleasant three-member band. I also note that it is not a good idea to book a table in advance, because Lacicsárda is especially popular with the locals. The waiters are fast and very diligent and can negotiate in multiple languages. I can recommend the pension as well as the restaurant 100% further, I will definitely try to find / to get my accommodation there next time as well.

The smell in the room and the very poor qualtity of...everything, including the location (parking literally in the middle of the road) made me give up the money and find somewhere else. the bed sheets seemed to have been washed a thousand times, crusty and old. The furniture is of the worst quality possible, not to mentioned the bathroom (as seen in the pictures). The TV cable not working properly. We had to pay immediately when we arrived to the property, there is no permanent receptionist at the location. No proper presentation of the hostel (no way it can be considered a hotel), the lady up front came, took the money (no invoice) and just left. Luckily, on the same day I found a beautiful room at Hotel Central (4-stars hotel) same price, breakfast included. The owner of Casa cu Cerdac promissed to return the paid money, but after 2 or 3 days he just said that he can't and will not. Don't go there! I have the e-mail where Booking.com confirms to me that they asked the owner to make and exception and return the money. Still no answer from the guy. There are plenty of beautiful places to stay in Sighisoara, just don’t ruin your stay in this beautiful Romanian city.

Reviewed By Cristian PWe stayed for a night, and for cheap price it was oke. A good bed, everything was clean, and the shower was working. For the 150 lei, it was oke. You cannot ask for more. Also the owner was a nice lady.

Reviewed By 90rmsVery clean, the beds = comfortable , the rooms are big and comfy, a quiet place. The center is about 5 minutes walk. You can pay cash or credit card, so you do not need to go at an ATM. The parking place was free and it was in front of the house. You can set what temperature you want in the room. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back

The room is nicely decorated and clean but one window faces the inner courtyard parking and anyone can pick a view inside, not to mention the noise and gases from the cars, the other, the bathroom one, faces a back alley on which the garbage is stored. The staff is using loudly the trash bins from late night to very early morning. The cooler in the room is very noisy and had to be unplugged. The restaurant is small and cannot accommodate enough customers. The staff is under specialized and careless. If you miss the breakfast there is no alternative until 13.30 - 14. The food on the other hand is tasty and there is a nice selection of beverages. Last order is 21.00 hours and the restaurant stays open until 22.00. If you try to order even 5 minutes after 21.00 it is not possible even if you tried to get the attention of a waitress 10 minutes previously. The argument was I should have gone to the bar and order there. The parking as well is insufficient for the amount of customers. The pool is small and has insufficient chairs. The temperature is right and it is clean. On the premises there is a playground which is nice. The hotel offers a lot more services that I didn’t try.

Decent and honest place
Reviewed By aiciandreiLiked: 1. Big room with 2 twin beds, and 1 extra large bed (aprox 190x200). 2. Clean room, and sparkle bathroom. 3. Good location, and also safe and good parking lot (it is behind de hotel, and you need to ask for guidance) 4. Toiletries, flip flops and everything necessaire for bathroom. 5. Presence of an elevator 6. Big window, with street view. 7. Very friendly and receptive staff. Disliked: 1. No possibility for breakfast. 2. Wi-Fi password isn't written anywhere in the room, lobby, or reception. 3. Nothing in the kitchenette or room for a small snack, like a bag o tea, some instant coffee or things like that. 4. Minibar was empty. 5. Sheets had a pretty akward smell (it was cleen, but maybe a smell from the storage, idk) 6. All the bathroom plumbs are visible, and not hidden behind any type of wall, or cover (and this gives a strange felling for a hotel bathroom). To be improved: - some tea, instant coffee, and a biscuit in the room/kitchenette would be a very nice touch - Wi-Fi password to be written on a paper in the room (maybe sticket to the inside door, to be visible), or on the floor door, or even on the lobby would be a MUST. - all the plums in the bathroom could be covered in something nice, to not feel like in an industrial bathroom.

Awesome area, nice&quiet place
Reviewed By IulianaPopaMr.Viorel and his wife are very welcoming, talkative and ready to help you. The room is very clean,quiet and the views are fantastic. The breakfast was traditional and tasty. Ghetarul Scarisoara Cave is 200 m away from it. The road from Gârda to the guest house was challenging especially if droven by night, but it's paved so there were no problems.
