Apparently the Mombasa location isn't listed on TA yet, so I have to put this here. We received the worst service we've ever had in Kenya, and that's really saying something. Totally incompetent staff, and the manager didn't even show up for work! On top of that, the food is disgusting. Burgers took forever and arrived cold. They then microwaved it and when I asked if that was the case, the server refused to answer. Also their drinks are absolutely vile. The "mint punch" tastes like half a tube of toothpaste mixed with a kilo of sugar and then blended with ice. And everything is very expensive. Don't waste your money!

Sat on the terrace for a leisurely lunch and a couple of glasses of wine. The food was good and very nicely presented, the wine cool and refreshing. The service wasn't fast (I didn't mind, as it was most pleasant to relax there) but it was very friendly.Hello JuhaUitto,You have such a unique name!We thank you for the comments and taking your time to review us. I was so excited to find Rocomama at the village market and they did not disappoint. Delicious food is on the offer(especially the ribs).The staff are friendly and do not hesitate to guide you through the menu. Try it next time you are at village market.The secret ingredient is always RocoMamas! ;) #RocoMamasFTW

Their ambiance and set up is great, their service is also great they actually advice you on the best and you will just love it, the option of choosing the bread, grilled or plain, choosing the stuffing and the sauces i just loved it and its all very fast. The taste is awesome. Taste to die for, you cant make such stuff at home.

Wings are too complicated. Hated all the flavors especially the parmesan. Do not try parmesan. The wings would honestly be better when plain. The flavor was too much. The ketchup bottles were broken basically unkempt. Otherwise fries are ok. Salad is a joke really . Two pieces of carot and i think cucumber doesnt qualify as salad. And they were precut thus not fresh.
