Free breakfast an a lot to choose for , staff are friendly and attentive to our needs We stayed at 206 room second floor only in-front of the main road which you could here the outside traffic Location of the hotel is nice walking distance from an outlet store with a lot of restaurants available

The ambience is okay but the lighting is dark. Overall, good experience. highly recommended. And special mention to manager maam Icel, the team leader sir Marniel, the receptionist maam Lenie, michelle, Gwenna. Thank you, will surely come again

If you're doing any business in IT park this is the hotel for you. It's next to a shopping mall, basically ever major food chain/cafe/etc. is right here. -Rooms are modern, clean and beds are comfy -Super attentive front desk. I booked the wrong location by accident and they immediately got it cancelled. Also very easily allowed me to extend my stay. -The buffet breakfast is very good -The rooftop bar is fantastic and has very affordable drinks Cons: -Bathrooms have a tendency to leak sewage smells. Pretty common to Asia, make sure to close your bathroom door. -There's two locations, very similarly named. It's super easy to book the wrong hotel mistakenly. Thankfully the hotel is very good about cancelling incorrect reservations. The hotel books up, so make sure you book the right SEDA so you don't get screwed.

Reviewed By cebuanawandererIt was the aftermath of Odette so we expect less. Nothing much when we stayed here on our anniversary. It was messy because of the typhoon. Some of the pools are closed. The restaurant menu or their food is pricey.

Reviewed By mikerP2901XJMy wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff made sure all our needs were promptly attended too/adressed. Special mention goes to Mark at the Puso restaurant. He immediately showed his eagerness and cocern for our daily breakfast. It was evident that he was professional and that he enjoiyed his job, making us enjoy our sumptous meal. He was very attentive to our needs. Hats off to Mark and the rest of the staff at Puso.

Disappointing
Reviewed By wardenowenAfter booking eight rooms I was really looking forward to an overnight stay with our family after two years apart due to Covid. Arrive slightly early but after waiting for an hour six rooms were available for occupation so I thought not really a problem the rest can stay in our room with us until the final two rooms were available. Got the elevator to our room which was 776 noticed the control on one of the elevator buttons the glass was smashed with sharp edges still remaining. On entering the room was greeted by a real odious smell which I can only describe as Cat pee. The room was really dusty and shabby looking and on entering the bathroom noticed a loose tile so called reception who sent a maintenance guy who then removed the loose tile. The worst part of the room was the view from the balcony or lack of it all it was was facing a solid wall. After several calls to reception and one hour after check in was due finally allocated the last two rooms and we were given another room. Once again Given new room which was the floor above and 877 this room was dustier than the first smelt the same had a non-view of the brick wall again and the bathroom had no shampoo body wash and there was no batteries in the remote the shower floor sloped away from the drain plug causing shower to flood. Every one of the eight rooms we had but none of us had a view we all just had to look at the wall. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone as the staff seem totally disinterested and were not friendly only Kevin on reception tried his best to help us. Breakfast was included but standard was very poor .
