The Bakery and Cafe is Carthage MS is a Great Place to eat. You can find anything you heart desires for breakfast and they also have a great plate lunch. The hamburgers are really good but my favorite is the Chicken Salad.

This place has turned out great food for years! I am not sure what others have experienced but the place could use some "freshening" but the food is really, really GREAT!
The chicken nuggets are flavorful and moist! The salad bar is always well-stocked and has a good variety of veggies, salads and dressings.

Great place to eat on the weekends for a portion of seafood instead of having to drive to other nearby cities. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Manager is awesome. Prices are reasonable and service is pretty good. If you order from the menu, you will experience a wait, be prepared. Overall, the food is very delicious!! Great place to try!!

First thing I will say to prove how old school this place is.. They only accept cash and checks. No credit cards. I had a cheese burger. It was very good. Can't go to a place with this name and not get a milk shake. It was also very good. The place was clean and the lady working was very nice. Something refreshing about a place where nothing changes. I recommend this over any fast food place in Carthage.

We went on a Sat. night. Fried catfish and shrimp were ok, just no taste to them, needed some seasoning. Soup was sausage and chicken gumbo, again no taste and was to thin, needed to be thicker and some seasoning. Service was great and lots to choose from on bars. Could be a really good place to go for seafood and catfish if they would get someone that knew how to season the food. I love catfish and really looked forward to dining here, very disappointed. Most catfish in Mississippi has a mild spice taste to it. This will be my one and only trip here.

Went back last week to Carthage Junction. Everything was running smoothly. Food was excellent as always. This is the perfect spot to get a healthy lunch from sandwiches to baked potatoes. But, they also can jazz it up and give you terrific comfort food as well. Will keep going back.

Great buffet breakfast/ lunch daily. Southern fare such as fried chicken, dressing, beans, cornbread, dumplings for lunch and biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, and the very best sausage gravy EVER, for breakfast!! Also can order hamburgers, grilled chicken salad. Very casual atmosphere. Nice owners!

Great place, very clean and very friendly and helpful employees. They have an American and a Chinese Buffet. both are really good. Everything was fresh and well stocked. We enjoyed the meal, as well as the ice cream. Easy to find.

Great change, really good service, wait time for meal was short. Lots of choices on menu, great prices for everything. Restaurant was clean and fresh as were the restrooms. The service was really good. This was our first time here and we loved it, our Mexican restaurant in our home town is no better and all their items are 40-50% higher , this was a treat. Our meal was good and we will be back, as it is only a 20 min. drive for us.
