From outside this looked great. Lots of guests too. But service was spotty, food delivery was very slow and they were not busy. Steaks were over cooked. A second waitress, nicer than the first, tried to be helpful, but sadly offered up that appalling line: "can I offer you a coffee". Giving away the cheapest thing when we have had the most expensive thing spoiled. In the end, they did not charge us for the one glass of wine.We will not be back. sad, as it has a great location.

In spite of having been often in Rapperswil, we never stepped into this restaurant... ended up there in occasion of a concert... ...next time we'll reserve a table for dinner! The atmosphere is very nice, modern and cosy at the same time, with an oldfashioned shop corner with lots of organic and homemade specialties.You can watch the kitchen brigade at work and whatever they prepare is more than fresh and based on local products. This time we only tried their fascinating teas (never smelled so much aroma rising from such a special teapot before!) and an equally surprising dessert: Cereal icecream. When giving the available flavors the waiter realized that strawberry was out and offered to make some... where do you get THAT? In fact the freshly made strawberry icecream was among the best we ever tried.Brief: Don't miss that restaurant when you are in town, best thing is to take your time and enjoy the entire menu!

Warm and cozy atmosphere. Unlike a typical hotel restaurant. Great selection of meat and other menus. Very friendly staff. Dishes are excellent and prices moderate to high. Also great for business dinner, as their are many big tables available and the restaurant has a kind of two sections.

restaurant now called Tiffanys! They advertise themselves to be a new york steak house.My husband arrived 8:05pm. Ordered steak medium well. Was told it would take much longer because of the medium well!!! Steak arrived 9pm! Blue rare. Sent it back to the kitchen. Steak was returned to the table rare. During the evening, there was screaming and shouting in the kitchen. Chef shouting and cursing in swiss german several times. This was heard by all customers who were looking around and rolling their eyes. An absolutely awful evening. And at the price of CHF76 for 300grams. Seriously?

A good place to have a meal in Rapperswil. Not really located in a place of town with special views, but friendly staff and good food. Have to make a note to go there again. Was there for lunch. Reservation is recommended as they are often full.

Eder's Eichmühle has the perfect location in the countryside a bit off Wädenswil. Their garden is wild and still very well maintained.We went for the menu and were happy about the food. The first course was very nicely presented and tasted amazing (sashimi, prawn). The second dish was tempura fried Dover sole on a cucumber carpaccio - simple and nothing really exciting. The main dish, Swiss lamb from the alps, was too heavy for me - a huge portion of meat!The Cuban chocolate dessert on an apricot sauce was to die for!

Debbie's is a warm, inviting restaurant with a wonderfully delicious menu, right in the heart of Richterswil. You feel at home right away with the cozy atmosphere. Upon request, Debbie baked her amazing carrot cake for our surprise birthday party and presented it herself, to our guest of honour! Our group was sitting on the beautiful, outdoor balcony and when it became a little windy, were we moved inside to be a little warmer. The care and the quality of service is exceptional. Debbie's is not to be missed!
