This is a lovely restaurant on the main street in Brunnen, a stones throw from the lake. The food is consistently good and the waitstaff seem genuinely happy to serve. There is a very good selection of food done in a traditional Swiss manner, and not a bad wine list as well. This is where we go when we go to Brunnen.

Die Brasserie Engel liegt zentral in einer kleinen Gasse der Schwyzer Innenstadt. Das Interieur ist nett und klassisch, man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Der Service ist super aufmerksam und die Karte bietet einen guten Mix zwischen Asiatischen und Schweizer Gerichten. Die Qualität der Gerichte ist gut, leider jedoch war das Entrecote zu Medium. Nichts desto trotz werden wir den Engel häufiger besuchen.

Nous cherchions un endroit face au lac splendide de Brunnen, où bien déjeuner (et rapidement) en famille; les tables en terrasse étaient occupées, lâintérieur de prime abord était moins attirant, mais il nâempêche que nos salades et tartes flambées se sont avérées délicieuses ! à recommander absolument.
