Arrivé vers 21 heures, dans la grande salle il y avait un grand groupe qui soupait avec la musique et une chanteuse. Je m'étais installé dans la petite salle sous la voûte. Comme avant, la petite salle à manger est plutot intimiste et jolie.Maintenant, la carte des menues est plutot italienne. J'ai pris des piccata, sauce tomate et spagettis. Le plat était bien dressé, un peu trop de viande et peu de spagettis. Ceux ci était trop al dente à mon gout et la viande était un peu trop sèche.Le service était sympa un peu lent à cause du grand groupe. L'addition finale était de 30 francs. Sans être mauvais, je préfère la cuisine du restaurant il y a une année. Mais il semble que l'équipe cuisine n'est plus la même.

We were staying in The Hotel, were they recommend us several restaurants in the city. On trip advisor we saw the great references about Bam Bou, so we went to this restaurant under The Hotel. The food is magnificent. Really an unexpected surprise. Had a wonderful lunch today. Everything was great; the food, service, the wine not to mention the inside of the restaurant. Like a little trip to Italy. Easily reached via public transportation. The menu of the day was salad, choice of entree (pasta or meat) and a dessert. Wine was also chosen. Very easy and tasty. The food came fast. Great time! Get reservations. Great location, ALLWAYS excellent food, wine and service! Not one single time have our expectations not been fulfilled, and we have been in Mirage quite some times. Also this Saturday when they served the "9 year Mirage" menu did we and our guests had a great evening when just everything worked out like a Swiss watch.

We had lunch at this restaurant before visiting the glass factory. It is iIdeally situated a few steps away from the factory especially during the factory's lunch time (12:00 to 13:30). The bratwurst and pomfritz portions were quite large but like all Swiss restaurants on the pricy side for a bratwurst. The service was good. A convenient stop for a bite.

This restaurant is exactly what was missing in the canton for a long time. When entering inside you really think that you just stepped into a new trendy place in London or Dubai. Lovely ambience and interior, with great seating possibilites outside aswell. You do come here though for the food which is mostly meat. The main reason people come here is for the brazilian churassco. The meat selection offers around 10-12 different types of cuts of meat, all cooked really tasty. Salad buffet is not overwhelming, but good and the side dish buffet offers something for everyone.Service is warm and friendly and I'd say the value for money expecially for the churassco is really unbeaten.Highly highly recommended particularly if you had enough of all the same Pizzerias and typical Swiss restaurants in the region!

Looking for a good place to eat outside our Hergiswil hotel and walked a charming block to Nabucco. The pictures on TripAdvisor donât show the charming interior with the church bells outside ringing on the hour, this has ambiance. It was raining, but it looked like it has a lovely outdoor area too. We ordered 2 pastas and 2 pizzas for our family of 4, needing a little help with translation, and enjoyed our meal tremendously. It was authentic and delicious. Loved being in Hergiswil and taking the train into Lucerne for the tourism, it was the right choice for our family, and Nabucco was a great final dinner in Switzerland.

We travel to or through Lucerne every couple of years, and the Belvedere has become one of our consistent âfoodieâ stops there since 2013.First appearances here are misleading. The restaurant is located on the ground-floor of an otherwise rather drab-looking apartment building. One could just as easily miss the Belvedere by driving by countless times and never noticing it.But, once inside, one is greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows running the full-length of the dining area providing a full and beautiful view of the lake and mountain scenery. A way to improve that even further is to dine on their large, comfortable terrace, weather-permitting, and to take it all in âal frescoâ. So far we have been lucky on every visit to do just that.Every meal we have had here has been a true delight, from the amuse bouche, to the starters, mains, desserts and drink pairings. That consistency in skill, quality and service has cemented the Belvedereâs standing as a very solid 1-star Michelin establishment for years. Cost- / benefit is also in good balance here. All that is rounded-off by the Belvedereâs relaxed vibe, and they have always made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.We hope and wish that the team there maintain those high standard for many more years to comeâ¦because we would sure miss this restaurant.
