Went with a large bunch of friends The owners and staff did everything possible to accommodate our group. Best part going in large numbers is sampling many items on the menu - EVERYTHING was delicious. Know for the pork knuckle (amazing), I had the noodle shrimp salad and had bites of numerous delicious entrees. Only regret is not going more than once. Owners Sandy and Shep are the best! The group shot is how we felt after the meal.

Swiss mountain resorts are generally quiet at night compared to other European resorts. In the main, that is a plus factor for me as it maintains the traditional look and peacefulness of these beautiful high places. Gepsi Baris invisible from the outside, and it was quite a surprise to find such a busy lively bar upstairs hidden from view at street level because the rooms face that way to get mountain views. prices not cheap but you would expect that here. wide choice of drinks including professionally made cocktails. It adjoins one of the top-rated restaurants in town but we ate elsehere.service was good and Killian deserves a special mention for working so hard and so quickly, yet finding time to mark our card on the best runs for the conditions for thefollowing days skiing.There was also a large screen with videos of mountain activity, mostly trail running which I assume was to encourage folk to visit after the snow has gone.so a happening place without disturbing the outdoor ambience.Many thanks for your great feedback! We ate here twice over our 3.5 day stay! The first time my wife and I each got our own French fries (mine were garlic fries for no extra cost!). The guy working was very nice and friendly, I can't remember his name but he was from Portugal. He told us that on Sunday's burgers and fries were on sale. Of course on Sunday we came back and split a burger and each got our own fries (again go with garlic!). It was the best food for the best price we had during our stay!Thanks a lot for your visit in our cafe! Great to hear that you had a good time there and that you enjoyed our homemade Eiger fries with garlic :-)

We asked for a little more time when the waitress came to take our order. She came back a few minutes later and said âcan you order now, all the other guests have already orderedâ. The waiter was just as bad - he gave my kids the nastiest look. He was carrying food out to customers sitting outside as we were entering the restaurant and he nearly tripped over our kids. I understand heâs in a rush and my kids were in his way. But itâs not like my kids were running around. We were just waiting to be seated and the entryway is small. On top of the horrible service, the food was awful and there were flies everywhere. We ordered a few rosti - one was basically a hot dog with egg and hash browns. The Dracula nightmare was a very bad nightmare. We were here for dinner and 2 of us didnât feel good the next morning.Dear guest, we are very sorry about the bad experience you had to do in our restaurant and would like to apologize for all circumstances caused to you. Please excuse us!
