We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. The ordering was easy. The service was great. It fed the husband, son, and I well. The pizza was delicious. It is not New York pizza, but tasty just the same. We also ordered chocolate cake and tiramisu for dessert. They were also delicious. We will order from them again.

We live less than a mile away so it's very convenient to walk or drive to the Inn. We've had dinner there four times in the last year. The service is very friendly although can be sparse in the off-months. Same with the food. Often...MoreHi, Matthew! I think you may have written a review for somewhere else on our page. We are a coffee stand located on Good Rd!

We had pastries and coffee. It was perfect with a lovely view. We split a slice of spinach quiche and a mixed berry danish to satisfy both sweet and savory.

We ordered the medium scoop in a waffle cone. It was unbelievably small. There was way more cone than necessary for the ice cream. It was like a baby cone at our local ice cream shop. We took a number when we entered. Most of the unique flavors were gone as it was about 8pm. I ordered mint chip and it was just average. I would not go back here. It was a rip off.

My husband was working in Poulsbo and discovered this amazing place. We have actually driven from Puyallup for their amazing lamb sliders - and I don't even care for lamb. They have an amazing way - if we ever become wealthy, we will move close to this restaurant and order out for the first month! The food was amazing and the service great too. I highly recommend their stuffed mushrooms!

We went there on the special Friday evening dinner. First the okay: waitress was nice, a bit on the tunnel vision. Needs to be aware when she only has 3-4 tables to look at; always check all of them to check needs. The outdoor tables are very uncomfortable and bulky; when you pay around $80 for two at least put some cushions on the chairs. The food: fennel salad was excellent, salmon excellent, steak was not a quality piece of meat; gristle and tough, a huge fail. The 'homemade' ice cream was not ice cream, it was some sort of scary gelatin that didn't melt; huge fail! SUGGESTION: 1)buy quality meat. 2)a home-made ice cream maker can be had for about $40, KEEP IT REAL, don't claim something phony. 3)NO Bread, "it's in the oven", heard that all night. Then when we finally got it, not warm!? If it was in the oven and finally served it should be warm! It was indicative of being in the back room for a day and they just didn't take the time to cut 3 measly pieces off,(for $80 meal?).This place has a real opportunity to be something great for the Island but needs improvement!

Dental appointment ran past noon so we opted for lunch.
This is primarily a breakfast/lunch venue that closes at 3 P M. Menu has extensive
combos so take some time to look it over.
Parking for all folks is street side. Parking for folks with disability permits is limited to one marked spot out front. If you wind up parking on the other side of the street, the 40 Ft. plus crossing even at the corner is risky---
That is just plain inadequate especially when four of the five are restaurant/bar and grill/specialty food purveyors. The city of Stanwood needs to re evaluate disability
parking slots due to more of us with disabilities out there using your businesses.
"Yvonn's" salad was one order. The other was the Denver Omelet.
The Omelet was chock full of ham bits, green pepper bits, cheese and some onion and took up half the plate. The other half was a beautifully grilled slab of shreddies.
I saw no menu reference that showed the omelets were four eggers, and my serving looked more like three at best. It was done just right.
The salad was 1/2 sized served with a generous portion of dressing on the side.
It was nicely plated with about 3/4 cup of croutons looking fresh. Coffee and tea were ordered. The waitresses were very friendly and kept my coffee cup full.
Relaxing meal...no pressure to leave....very good experience
Seniors will find it a bit cozy (close in) and the access to the restrooms is tight
for walkers etc. They are clean and there actually is hot water available for washing up.
This restaurant is perhaps best suited for casual dining because of the table layout,
and the stools at the counter....unfortunately, some singles will take a full booth
given the choice of tables for two, or the counter.

Walked inside for two 16oz drinks---MOcha Breve and Chai Tea Latte.... They do an excellent brew.....great service---loyalty card for the bistro service--- been here before---drool when looking at all the cookies, buns, Lavender cupcakes, etc begging you to take them with you---talk about distracted driving!!!@

We lunched here sometime back and really enjoyed it, so when we knew we’d be back on Camano with friends from Texas we called for a Sunday evening reservation only to learn there was a wine pairing special dinner scheduled. Four courses, four Walla Walla wines, $70. Four glasses of Walla Walla wine alone can approach that figure.
We signed up and from the start the evening seemed almost enchanted. They seated the 15+/- of us at one long table on the terrace in the pleasant fall evening. Being first we seated ourselves on the end nearest to the bay, and as the rest of the diners showed up we introduced ourselves to the couple next to us. Very pleasant folks who had moved to San Diego upon retirement and just last month moved back to the PNW to be close to grandkids.
A lovely white was poured followed by a simple, clear introduction by the wine rep. Then the corn chowder came along with a short delineation of the ingredients and how they were handled. The corn came from the Island is all I remember of the explanation, but the soup was luscious as a lobster bisque I remember from the Tamarind restaurant in Mombasa decades ago. Just as I was thinking I may need to go to the car for a jacket heaters appeared, and I think everyone was comfy thereafter.
Next came the star of the show of the wines, a lovely bordeaux style red, and smoked pork belly on a puree in which kohlrabi was the basic ingredient. I lived in Germany a long time and never was kohlrabi presented in any way close to as lovely as this puree.
Next came lush salmon accompanied by an unoaked Chardonnay. A third lovely course and paring.
Dessert was a marinated black cherry, ice cream, and rich chocolate cake concoction paired with a syrah. For me the wine did not compliment the excellent dessert at all, but from the oohs and ahs around me, I seemed to be in the minority.
This was a dinner we will talk about for a long time. Our Texas friends sent a post card from somewhere along their continuing route and again they mentioned what lovely evening it was.
The chef said he plans to make this concept a monthly off-season event at Camano Inn. I’m confident any foodies or winos who attend will be extremely pleased to have done so, and I’m guessing down the road my wife and I will organize a visit to Camano to take part in another one of these lovely dinners.
