A wonderful addition to the downtown area. Beautiful dining room with booths, tables and bar counter seating. Food is quite delicious and the variety of offerings make it hard to decide what to order. The crepes are delicious as well as the cheeseburgers. Multiple televisions add to the atmosphere. You have to check this place out!

New to the, area so we are checking out the restaurants. Stopped in Phebies for breakfast. WOW WERE WE SURPRISED. Outside is blah, but the inside in neat clean and attractive. Waitress was pleasant and helpful. But it was the food the has brought us back three times niw. The eggs over easy are always perfect, meats are cooked not burned, coffee is fresh and rest of the meals have been excellent. This is now our go to morning breakfast spot, no other restaurant we've tried comes close, yet.

Katz N Jammers

As a visitor on holiday to the US, I discovered this lovely eatery in a quiet neighbourhood of Lancaster, California. The exterior of this restaurant belies the gem hidden within. You walk in and are transferred back to the 1950's with the walls covered in memorabilia and shelves, counter and tables adorned with numerous items from that era. The atmosphere and setting is spot on, the centrepiece being a fabulous jukebox filled with hit records and fully working. The food and staff couldn't be faulted and it was a perfect start to the day to eat breakfast there. Highly recommend.

Service was stellar and yes, the omelettes are ridiculously big—but why??? I’d rather have a smaller omelette that was well cooked and tasty instead of a metric ton of barely cooked mushrooms, raw onions, over dried meat, and the very thinnest possible coating of egg over all so that it could still possibly be called an omelette. My partner and I split one (with a side of utterly forgettable hash browns) and still couldn’t get out of there for less than $25. For breakfast! Amazing. One entree and one cup of coffee for $25. I do not understand the appeal of this place.
