So this is a fun, well decorated Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the Los Cerritos mall. You will find all the usual suspects on the menu plus so interesting seafood items on there too. The food is pretty good and the service is good too. So why no 4 star I hear you ask!Well the answer is value for money is a big factor on the restaurant rating system and Frida has missed the marker on pricing at over $50 per head with only 1 drink ordered and the rest were sodaâs, doesnât seem quite right.

I moved away from California 2 years ago and always liked BJ's food. This was no exception. Food is terrific. I love the Jambalaya. It's one of my favorite things to eat. What i don't miss is how slow the service can be.That is the thing they need to fix. You sit there way longer than you should to get your food. I still keep going because the food is so good just want them to fix the slow service.

While waiting to be seated at our favorite Italian restaurant, we entered Bakers & Baristas for a quick pr-dinner drink. What a boring place talk about white on white, no atmosphere ordered a glass of of Pinot grigio $8, pint Weltenburger dark Dunkel $8, and a pint of Allagash $7. Our server Daniel was nice, but could not wait to finish our drinks and bee gone.TIP: Nothing special to say about this place.

This is a unique concept restaurant that our family took us to. They mentioned that it would be a good choice since there were a lot of different options. They weren't kidding! The name of the game here is customization, and you get to do it yourself on the tablet ordering system, building your item choice from the ground up.We got a few appetizers that were shared among the table: waffle fries, wings, pork wings, house-made potato chips. They were all good options.I got a terrific hamburger with blue cheese and bacon, my daughter built a pizza, and my wife also built her own burger. We asked for our burgers as medium, and sure enough, they came out with pink inside! That's hard to get these days at a restaurant, but they pull it off here! The tablet concept works out great again when you have a large party again since it was very easy to split the bill up how we wanted and pay right at the table. The service was good, though it's pretty light because most everything is done through the table tablets.Great concept!

My parents and sister took my friends and I to dinner at this restaurant. What a wonderful experience with excellent service and food. The portions were ample and filling. We started with the friend calamari which was splendid and crispy. My meal opened with a salad, and then I had the salmon with grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. Excellent is an understatement. The rest of our party had a plethora of items that all looked delicious. The next time Iâm in Long Beach Iâll be eating here again. I just loved it! Next time Iâll be bringing the wife and sons.

Not too bad actually. Food is the classic comfort food from many casual restaurants, but here everything it's just better. Being surrounded by dog pictures is a bit odd, but not comfortable at any moments.

Everything we ordered was excellent with the exception of the peach cobbler. Especially liked the mashed sweet potatoes. We had a friendly greeting and a very good waiter. Nice big booth which we requested. This restaurant is actually quiet, which is rare these days. Wish it was closer to home.
