Love the family that runs the restaurant. Food is good. Sometimes the bill gets messed up, but better with their new system. Long wait if they are busy since the restaurant isn’t very big.

The Ceviche Mixto is Peruvian style with white fish, large shrimp, and calamari rings marinated in a tangerine citrus base served with thinly sliced red onions and fried corn kernels. It is very light and refreshing. We also had the chicharron chicken, as well as the empanadas. All were very good. Service is friendly and efficient!

Tacos San Pedro is a local favorite and for very good reasons. The menu is simple but with excellent choices of the favorite dishes, including tortas, gorditas and taquitos. The meat selection is varied with the usualt queria meats, but their chicharrones is amazingly good!Tacos San Pedro can get busy especially in the evening and around lunchtime so be ready to wait in line to place your order, but the food won't take long after your Oder has been placed. I am not from the area, I actually live in Monterey Bay Area, but any time I am in Los Angeles, I go to tacos San Pedro. If you happen to be in the area and are looking for a good place to eat some delicious mexican food, give Taco San Pedro a try and I am sure you will be hooked on the great food and reasonable prices too!

Have not eaten here in over a year but felt like some Peruvian cuisine. First of all the window had a sign "dishwasher needed, preparer needed and cook needed". The restaurant had been painted and looked fresh and bright. But looking at the menu the prices had increased. The drinks also increased. I ordered a merlot and it was very good. I ordered the famous causitas and was very disappointed. The shrimp on one of the appetizer had frozen shrimp which was still frozen. The shrimp was also farm raised based on their taste. The causitas had also shrank in size. The small salad was also a little watery. The bread was not the crispy style they yes to have and the rice with the chicken dish was undercooked and hard. The sign gave me a clue but I ate there anyway. I'm going to look for a new Peruvian Restaurant.....
