Crescent City (Chetco-Tolowa: Taa-’at-dvn, Yurok: Kohpey, Wiyot: Daluwagh ) is the county seat of, and only incorporated city in, Del Norte County, California. Named for the crescent-shaped stretch of sandy beach south of the city, Crescent City had a total population of 7,643 in the 2010 census, up from 4,006 in the 2000 census. The population includes inmates at Pelican Bay State Prison, also within the city limits, and the former census-designated place Crescent City North annexed to the city. The city is also the site of the Redwood National Park headquarters, as well as the historic Battery Point Light. Due to the richness of the local Pacific Ocean waters and the related catch, and ease of access, Crescent City Harbor serves as home port for numerous commercial fishing vessels.

Nice pub atmosphere and outdoor seating. Lots of good items to choose from and a designated vegan menu. Both our entrees were tasty.

This is an older pizza place, big dinning room with a few video games. The pizza is good, large is large 16 inch. Four of us polished off a large without difficulty but it filled us. Average selection of toppings, but all fresh and tasty. They have a few beers on tap and they have wine. Don't expect much on wine selection. It is a good place to either order pizza and take it to the beach and watch the sunset or hangout, drink a few beers and fill up on pizza.

My friend had been suggesting doing lunch for sometime so I finally called him on it. He decided to try our newest restaurant...........an Italian place called BellaNotte. The few reviews I had seen show up on FB were positive. Since I was paying, by choice, my friend had the Lobster Penne and I had the Italian sausage and peppers. He loved his dish, I loved mine and neither of us were able to finish our meal. They had a good selection of meals, the bread was delicious and unfortunately, neither of us had room for dessert. The only comlaint, if you can call it that, was the price. Of course, my friend did have the Lobster dish!

We had the boneless chicken some plain and some with honey barbecue they were tasty. Had the chicken supreme pizza it was tasty as well. The staff were nice and friendly. Most restaurants seem to shut early here
