I didn't know that this was a Cuban/Mexican restaurant. It is lovely inside and the servers are very nice. However, EVERTHING on the Menu was "Over the Top" HOT and SPICY! I asked, requested, anything, something, NOT Hot and they could not accommodate me....The food "looked good" and fresh I just cannot do that Hot of food. Too bad, because you would have had our business.

This has been our go to restaurant for many years every Sunday. Staff has been okay lately. Sometimes they mess up on our order but overall what keeps us coming back is the food. My go to are the enchiladas with red sauce and sometimes a shrimp burrito. Definitely a restaurant to try.

We were visiting friends in Manteca - and we came here on St. Patrick's day. We shared one appetizer and 3 entrees and were not able to eat all of it. I highly recommend the chicken jerk tacos and the flautas. Such great flavor (not too spicy) and delicious slaw on the side. Also the cannonballs... soon good and hot and crispy AND creamy. The beers were excellent and the place is clean and has a good vibe. We met the owner and she's a sweetie. I highly recommend this to families, couples, friends... I can't wait to come back and try more.

This taqueria was recommended by some locals, and boy are we glad we listened to them. We had a good variety of dishes -- burrito carnitas, burrito pollo, quesadilla, camaron, taco asada, and a cheese quesadilla. All of that with a couple of drinks for just over $30. The food was great. The inside and outside seating were comfortable (a bit chilly outside the day we came). We got there just before noon and it was pretty quiet but quite busy as it got past noon. CASH ONLY.
