Nice breakfast place. We had the “Sunrise” and the French Toast. The service and the food was fantastic. Also, this place had no wait which compared to other CA breakfast places can be really annoying. We will definitely go to this location again!

We are locals near the new Orange location...Decided to try Woody's, we eat out at least 5 times a week, so we know what is going on in the area and try to spend our money in Orange...It was about 6:15 on Thursday, went to Woody's there was 15 minute wait on a table but the bar area could seat us now, so we went to the bar, great waitress and bartender, wish I had her name, but back to the food...I ordered the Pastrami sandwich, now for me, i want to see a sandwich stuffed with about 8 ounces or more of meat, this came out looking pretty scarce , but it was good, need to add some meat, wife sandwich was a chicken cordon bleu I think, not sure but same with sandwich....Cortino"s and Teds blow this place away for a good sandwich, but the beer was ice cold, good happy hour, wll try these guys one more time ...

I wish I could get more excited because I really want these type of places to flourish. The cinnamon roll is basted in icing, the pancakes were nice and fluffy and the eggs cooked according to my request. Just nothing to really distinguish it from the competition.

Ruby's Diner

Last night I went to another place for dinner and had the same seating experience.Outside chairs are for small people for sure. If you have anything above a 30 inch waist .. you will have 2 support bars running across the back of your hips/legs. It is very uncomfortable .. and that is enough to ruin any meal since being seated the whole time is part of eating :( Ohh and that is outdoor. Indoor is better but poor design to put too many tables in a room that small, really makes it cramped at a table. The center support bars are very large compared to the more modern day tables. Also, the food was burnt ... veggies, turkey bacon, toast, not much was missed. A cook should know better than even putting that on the place. Nobody orders blackened omelet. Yesterday visit was a real let down. This will certainly change how often I visit here :(
