This was a good meal, they had a large variety of additions to your noodles, everything looked fresh and the overall meal was good. Beware, if you go during a rush you'll be waiting behind 30 people to get your bowl cooked. It got REALLY backed up right after we ate. The restaurant is nothing fancy and service was so-so, but overall i'd go back.

Poor Reds used to serve the best steak in the county. Pride given to quality of the meat and not frilly shallow Eldorado Hills vibe. A bar you could chill at and not be pressured to drink more. It was a casual comfortable atmosphere. Now it's a yuppie hangout that unfortunately doesn't fit in the country life of Eldorado county. Sad loss of history for locals.

Hog Wild serves the best BBQ I've had since leaving the Lone Star State, where I lived for 4 years back in the '70's. The brisket was fork tender and deliciously smokey; the ribs were fall-off-the-bone with a delicious sweet-spicy crust. Servings are generous. Don't order the three-meat meal unless you're REALLY HUNGRY.
