Looking for a bite to eat the was local. Found it! Choose from American or Mexican or if in the mood for breakfast, you can have it all day! Had a burger with salad, real yummy. My mom had a taco/enchilada, she said was very good. We had chips and salsa which came with the meal. :) the salsa looked and tasted home made, very good, you can have hot or mild. Great local place to eat and good prices.

They have the absolute best cinnamon rolls, they're so rich and large. Doughnuts are very good, my favorites are filled long johns, raspberry filled Bismark, maple crunch raised doughnut, and the twists. They also have lunch,my favorite is the fresh an homemade cabbage pockets. Friendly staff and the owner is always out front with a smile helping them out.

The Mav Kitchen & Tap House

Comfort Inn restaurant -

Reviewed By Doug K - Denver, Colorado

This "Kitchen" proved to be a disappointment. It was crowded as there as few booths and almost no tables. There were however about 20 TV screens. The service was adequate but the menu is extremely limited, providing only a few burgers, pizza and some salads. The burgers were unremarkable at best. We won't eat there again.

Drover's Culinary Cafe

Reviewed By Timothy S - Fort Morgan, Colorado

Wanting to try a different cafe than our usual ones in Morgan, we drove to Brush to Drover's. Located in the sale barn my wife was concerned about the smell of cattle. Not in the restaurant.

Plenty of seating to be had around 10:30 AM on a Monday. Our waitress came to offer coffee and water. She quickly took our orders, biscuits and gravy for me and all you can eat tacos for the wife.

It wasn't long maybe 10 minutes when the food came out, nice and hot. My wife wasn't a huge fan of the hard talks but enjoyed the soft tacos and ordered several more. The biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns hit the spot.

At the end of the meal we were offered ice cream which for some reason really hit the spot.

Drover's is nothing fancy but if you want good simple diner food, this is a place we will frequent.

Very fast service even though the staff was clearly busy with their own business. It is better to settle your disputes when there are no customers.

I try to give places as good of reviews as possible, especially mom n pop operations. Went here because Rising Sun Bakery closed and this was next door. Combination card/gift shop with some antiques (although mostly in packing boxes) and a half dozen tables. The one copy of the menu was in a plastic sleeve and hard to read. That probably should have been a clue. Sandwiches and wraps available. We both had a Reuben sandwich as that sounded good and was what another reviewer recommended. Served on ciabatta instead of rye and the kraut was cold even though it'd been placed in a panini press. The lady who served us was very nice. Have traveled enough to know not to judge a book by its cover but this place needs to make up its mind what it's going to be. Sorry I can't recommend and certainly would not go back.

Too bad for this place. It used to be a fabulous place to eat. The food here is bottom line. Salad greens not fresh, like they came from a package. Sour cream came in a squeeze cardboard dispenser. Steak was undercooked and tough. Overall experience was very disappointing.
Wait staff I would describe as surly and inattentive. Our small town needs to have a 5 star steakhouse that we used to have. It can't be that hard.

Our 1st clue should hav e been the overflowing trash cans outside. The inside of the store was filthy, dirty tables, dirty floors, trash on floor, ketchup mess and drink mess at self serve area. We were desperate for food and had been on interstate so . . . July 17, 2016- at 20:04 dumbest 32.83 purchase I've ever made. Service was slow, listless high schooler took our order. The flies from the overflowing garbage inside and out had attracted a bumper crop of flies. The pop was awful since the mix was off syrup to fizz water. I could go on but why-don't stop here ever!

Typical fast food...ok if you don't mind eating food that was cooked previously and held. Hamburger obviously not "just cooked, same for fries.
