If my wife and I want to eat Thai food, We go to a particular Thai restaurant in Gadong. But since we have not tried this place we decided to find out just in case we might miss something. We ordered four dishes. The food was not spicy and not the best Thai food we have tried. The place is also a bit run down.

We especially like the restaurant at Kiulap as you can sit in the fresh air by the open windows, under the fans, and look out over the river. Food service isn't super-fast but everything is made freshly from scratch so well worth the wait. They have some of the best falafel and hummus I've had.

This is a franchise that is quite popular in this part of the world. But this franchise does not have a number of popular dishes that I would order. One of which is the Vietnamese beef ball noodle. But, this place is well known for it's pastries. For people who love cakes, this is the place to be.
