Pier W is our top fine dining restaurant in all of the greater Cleveland area. Top superb service, fresh catch menu, both land and sea and lake, outstanding wine selection with varied prices and the best view of Lake Erie and the Cleveland Skyline! Piano plays in the background near a lively bar as well! Great people watching, wonderful table setting.

If you want authentic italian food, this is the place to dine. The food is always fresh, flavorful and served piping hot. The bread is to die for too. Check out the numerous specials on the blackboard - usually top-notch meals!
Can't beat Aldo's for real Italian dining.

We had never heard of Mitchell's and just stumbled across it when we were here, only to find out it is a Cleveland institution. And with good reason. The range of cool flavors and creamy and delicious ice-cream was amazing. We actually made a special trip the day after to go back and get some more.

Their pan style pizza with the corn meal crust is beyond compare, they use real sausage, tasty pepperoni and a sweet sauce! Nice beer selection too.

Recently my mother and I went to Ohio to visit and her sister and brother in law took us here for ice cream. Nice drive (mostly because he drove and I got to relax and gawk for a change. Its kind of small but everyone is friendly and at no time did the staff try to rush anyone along, the ice cream was great and I would go back again

It is worth getting there before the advertised opening time of 10am. There are no words to describe the HUGE amount of food that the regular gyro has. Adam Richman of Man vs Food did not do it justice--- maybe if his show offered 'smell o'vision' it might help but we went out of our way (two travel days) to have one because we had one before. It's the stuff dreams are made of.

We went there for dinner on August 6, 2017 around 4 PM. It was a Sunday and around dinner time. We had about a 15 minute for a table.
After we were seated I noticed that the restaurant floor was dirty, there was silverware, napkins and food on the floor.
The place was VERY noisy. There is nothing to absorb any noise. Everything in there is wood. It was refreshing to get outside into peace and quiet. The waitress had to shout to the people at the next table to hear what they wanted.
We ordered our food and it arrived pretty close to what we were expecting. My wife had ordered dumplings which came in one big blob. The waitress brought her another order and it was fine.
The food was fine it's just that it was way too loud. I didn't enjoy my meal with all of the noise. I doubt if we will go back.

We like to search out local donut shops when we're travelling. We were looking forward to sampling Jack Frost donuts, the Trip Advisor reviews were mostly positive so we were there early for the best selection! When you first enter the shop, you're amazed at all the donuts and they do look so pretty. These donuts do not compare to so many that we have tried in other cities - they're small, the texture wasn't as nice and just weren't that tasty! We were disappointed!

may simply be the best restaurant in CLE. focus is on fish, however you can get steak, chicken, chops if you prefer other. staff is fantastic. really nice views of the city (from ground level) and the restaurant has a really great vibe. cannot say enough great things about this place. have never had a poor meal here

We stopped at this great little place for lunch and found it to be unique and delicious. Ordered Ropa Vieyo and chorizo, chichiron soup. Both were amazing and the service was very good! Unusual atmosphere, good bar selection and moderately priced. Highly recommended.
