Brigham City is a city in Box Elder County, Utah, United States. The population was 17,899 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Box Elder County. It lies on the western slope of the Wellsville Mountains, a branch of the Wasatch Range at the western terminus of Box Elder Canyon. Brigham City saw most of its growth during the 1950s and 1960s, but has seen a struggling economy and stagnating growth since then. It is near the headquarters of ATK Thiokol, the company that created the solid rocket boosters for the Space Shuttle.

We had the bison chicken fried steak and the taste of maddox. The buns are excellent and the raspberry butter is amazing. I had the brocolli cheddar soup which was excellent as well. Everything was delicious and it was way too much to eat in one sitting!

Before leaving Brigham we just had to go here again. Sandwiches made to order. You choose the bread, Spread, Cheese and so on. So delicious. And don t forget to take a cinamon roll or a cranberry scone with you. And a good coffee.

This adorable little diner opened back in 1921, so very retro! It serves dee-licious American Fare – nothing fancy – just good food!
I had a yummy Turkey sandwich with potato salad and my hubby had a “Hamburger Steak” with onion mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes with started with a good size green salad.
Ya can’t get much more “American” than that!!!

Toro Viejo in Brigham City Utah is about a mile from I-15 and is well worth the few minute detour for hungry lovers of authentic Mexican cooking. The restaurant is comfortable, inexpensive and has friendly, attentive service. The menu is extensive and portions are large. On a recent evening two of us ordered and shared their version of surf and turf. The principal components were many shrimp and a large portion of carne asada. The latter was high quality beef cooked over a smoky fire and was as good or better than any carne asada we’ve ever had. The accompanying vegetables were perfectly cooked. The liquor list is limited to a good selection of beers.
Toro Viejo has our strongest recommendation.

Great service and delicious food. The staff were all very friendly and the food came out fast. We started with the Good Crimini Dip that's Italian Flatbread with a Crimini mushroom bacon Alfredo dipping sauce. We loved it! We also had the Texas BBQ pizza that had yummy grilled chicken and tangy BBQ sauce. There are a lot more choices and we were too stuffed to try the FH'zzookie desert I guess we'll just have to go back!

Breakfasted here instead of at the hotel. I got just what I wanted, and so did my sisters. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as requested. The only negative was that drink refills were not offered, which is silly because guests may leave thirsty (we did) and second beverages create more revenue.

My wife had the chicken fried steak with all the trimmings and I had their breakfast (served all day). Both were priced right and filling and they also give a military discount. The service was quick and the friendly as were the other customers. We will be back next time we are in Brigham City.

Hey, these guys have specials and they are good. Of course we are pretty much on a first name basis after the many times we go. What we like is the salsa bar. The add-ons are splendid. We even buy a quart of the incomparable ranch dressing and take it home on occasion. WE LOVE THE MUSIC! The owner's wife is a choir instructor and the music is traditional great material.
