This place was suggested to us, and it was a good suggestion.The place is new, in the outskirts of Prague, plenty of parking.The staff is very well trained. Restaurant is a design gem, and so is the food. There is a hotel, restaurant and a coffee shop with ice cream. Coffee 53 is located within Pruhonice Park at the castle, it’s a great place to sit with a coffee and something sweet mid morning or mid afternoon. On my last visit I had a light lunch of the soup of the day (traditional fish soup with leaks and sea bass). The broth was flavorful and loaded with leaks and onions with several very large pieces of fish (I felt like there was both salmon and sea bass) it was hardly and held me over for several hours of additional walking. Service was great, staff was friendly and spoke excellent English providing good service in a relaxing and friendly environment. I’ve already recommended to friends.

Great welcome and service.Very good meal cooked with fresh foods.The decor of the restaurent is superb.This restaurant is equal at a restaurant with one star in Michelin guide in Fance but for cheaper price.And for sure keep place for the dessert.
