We have visited the restaurant as Nr.1 on Trip Advisor in Frymburk and honestly, it didnt reach the expectations. Food was fine, but quality you can find in any other restaurant here, staff was friendly, price ok. However to me it means average, there is 5 point scale right? :o)

The food filled us when we were hungry and the owner was nice but it was pretty basic food for the price, they were out of many dishes and the service was quite slow so we were starving by the time it arrived. They did have some crayons and colouring pages there though to keep my little boy busy while we waited.

Thinking where to go for a pizza dinner we relied on TripAdvisor comments with experience of other travelers. And we're happy with s choice. Pizza was really delicious . Frankly speaking don't understand the complains about overpriced menu. What do u expect in touristic area? And in Prague the prices are the same even in the restaurants out of the touristic ways. Pizza from 175 czk up to 210. Took as well beer and chocolate cake with cherry. All was very tasty, bug portions. Place us clean and tidy. Service of the waiters was quick and polite- very smiley even though it was the end of the day. The only thing I don't understand: why THEY ACCEPT ONLY CASH? These days nobody walk with cash in the pocket - u can pay with scars for everything.thats kinda inconvenient . The rest can be recommended

Fantastic food, very professional and friendly young waiter - gave a great beer recommendation and even a sample of the other Czech craft beer on tap. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and has a nice outside terrace. We'll be back next time we're in Lipno.

We had completed a trip to Certova Stena and Castle Viktuv including a couple of hours wandering through the woods with intermittent showers and were looking for somewhere to chill out, warm up and get some refreshments and snacks. We had stopped here for a drink or two the previous week and decided to try the food. We had to use a phone translator as there was no English menu so it took a while to order the food. The lemon chicken in chive sauce was very good and tender. The sausage and bean dish in a cob loaf was amazing and there was so much of it that it was a real struggle to get through it. But it was so nice we couldn't bear to leave it. The staff were attentive although we had problems with interpretation on both sides. I would recommend this restaurant and on a lovely day would sit outside and take in the lovely view of Lipno Lake. Very relaxing.

This is probably the most expensive restaurant in Lipno, BUT it's well worth the money. Everything was delicious: gazpacho, salad, beef rib, and the steak was perfectly cooked. The wait staff are very attentive. Bring cash, they don't accept cards. There's an ATM a block away.

We got the veal for lunch with mashed potatoes. The potatoes tasted old and the veal was in a sauce that was very oily. It had too little salt. The vegetables were ok. Service was good as well. Maybe we were just unlucky with the food choice. At least the place accepts credit cards.

The food was tasty and nice served. The meals are good. The choice isn't big. It took a while to wait for waiter and they hardly understand English, but when you get their attention they really try to serve you. It looked like that they are surprised that we actually want a meal and not only drinks.

The restaurant is really small and if you come at peak time for dinner ( 6-8pm), always ended difficult to finding any big vacant table. The capacity of the restaurant doesn't seem to cover guests capacity of the Hotel. Which is really annoing taken into consideration that we were accomodated there and didn't want to dressed up to go outside for eating. Apart from that staffs were friendly, well organised and food is very tasty. Except for pizza, which is only average.
