Our experience was great. Dining area not all crowded, able to converse. They have a nice selection of beers and wine. The mixed drinks were a good proportion. The food was (take home amount) and very good. Our table had salmon, steak, pork chop and a chicken special without one complaint. The service was friendly and attentive. Food is up to the individual but I believe you will be satisfied at the Wood and Wine

Looking for a quiet place for good conversation with good friends, I was glad I chose the Cork and Barrel for a surprise birthday dinner for my wife on her 70th. Although we hadnât been there before, the location was convenient to all of us (3 couples) and the fact that they have a patio sounded just perfect for a summer evening. Jackpot! While the weather didnât cooperate, our waitress had saved a âjust in caseâ table for us inside and quickly moved us when the rain started. We started with hummus and cheese plate appetizers, which were excellent and after a leisurely round of drinks, enjoyed entrees of the pork medallions, pesto salmon, sesame crusted tuna and orecchiette pasta. We all agreed that our meals were very good. In addition, Manuel provided with a great Pinot Noir recommendation (Lucas & Lewellen) which made for a wonderful birthday toast. While we were pleased with our meals, the evening was made even more enjoyable because of the superb service and low key setting. We will go back.Thank you so much for the review!
