Filled with locals on Saturday lunch. The secondi patties were mostly roast beef, do we split an appetizer of potatoes with tomatoes in sauce (better with olive oil added, by the way), pici cacio e Pepe (thick linguini with peccorini cheese and peppers), and peposo (very tasty beef stew). These were typical Tuscan dishes and very good. Not too happy with the local Sangovese vino di casa though; should have splurged for more.In sum: delicious and local.Fyi we split everything.

This was the best restaurant of our 14 day trip in Italy, and it was on our first night! We couldn't believe how delicious everything was! The truffle pasta had fresh truffle slivers on top. The veal was amazing, and the pork dish was out of this world. The place was full of locals and the service was very good. I wish we had stayed in Arezzo longer so we could have gone back!

We (family with teens) had a delicious lunch here. Freshly prepared meals, very friendly staff. Loved the tagliatelle, crostini misti and my son really liked the crostata alla nutella. Quality-price ratio is great An absolute must if you are looking for a nice place to eat in Arezzo!

Girovagando per i dintorni di Arezzo , per lâora di pranzo ci siamo trovati in questo bellissimo posticino .. location davvero tipica toscana , accoglienza top La tagliata migliore che io abbia mangiato , davvero ! Restaurant among the oldest in Arezzo, in the hills a little out of town, with a terrace with views of the valley. The overall style of the restaurant is quite ordinary, here what counts is the substance of what you eat. Only one important flaw, they do not give the menu to choose and see the prices ... so I suggest you give up the appetizers, get a trio taster of starters (good) and then switch to the real specialty: grilled meat (very choreographic the fireplace with huge expanse of grills) ... personally I prefer the mixed grilled meats (rabbit, pork, chicken, steak, etc.) but certainly also the simple Fiorentina its worth, with "uccelletto" beans (with tomato, garlic and sage) for side dish. Let place in the stomach for dessert, a version of their unique frozen cream and then to the digestive liqueur of herbs in flaked ice. Prices, especially meat, recently rose up perhaps a bit too much, but the quality and pleasantness of the experience as a whole is certainly worth it.

This was recommended by a friend and is well worth seeking out, it is a little way out of Castiglion Fibocchi and not well signposted. We were taken from the carpark to the buildings on an electric golf cart driven with typical Italian verve. Lunch was a nice selection of cooked meats and cheese served with a fresh salad and washed down with their own very reasonably priced wine.

We had a great lunch at this restaurant and service was excellent.We order appetizers, pasta and meat. Everything was delicious. As dessert we order a "crostata" , clearly home made, it was so good that we order another one. I definitely recommend this place.

This taverna is rather out-of-the way but well worth seeking out. Warm welcome, helpful host who sat down with us to help us make our choices. Good choice, and they would have adapted their menu to our needs. All the food freshly cooked. We had a delicious meal, good wine list as well. Not too costly either. Thoroughly recommended.
